Stayed May 29, 2025This is the second time we have stayed at an Evolve property. I would recommend them as they are efficient, clean and very nice properties. Everything you need! The only issue with this property that the thermostat kept resetting to 80 degrees. In the desert that makes for an uncomfortable night. Otherwise, thank you for a great stay. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025Hot water was a problem. Called contact number and Devon able to come late in the day. After checking out solutions, he finally banged on heater and it immediately started working. Unable to shower, wash dishes or clothes for most of day. This happened repeatedly and we would have to bang on heater to work. I told Devon about this ongoing problem when we departed the residence. We paid a lot of money for this rental and did not foresee having hot water problems. Front door extremely hard to open with code. Apparently the door swells during hot weather and must be pulled tight when entering code. This info would have been extremely helpful as we tried to open door and the bolt was stuck. Rarely able to use this door due to this problem. No garage door opener available , so each departure required manually opening and closing doors on outside code pad. Doors into garage had no keys so had to be left open, when leaving by car, due to problems with front door. Would not use this home again, unless these problems were fixed. We expect some compensation for these problems and expressed this view to our contact.

Stayed Dec 6, 2024I was in Sun City to celebrate my Mom's 90th Birthday and to help her out. It was great to have a convenient haven to relax and rest. The home was remodeled nicely, well decorated, and very comfortable. The beds were great. If traveling with pets, be aware that this community ( like most in Arizona) has wild coyotes and bobcats roaming through. Be attentive. Communication with the management team was stellar- my best experience with a property owner/manager. They were prompt and professional.

The property was perfect for us and had enough room to visit comfortably with other family members. The house was exactly as described and pictured and immaculately kept. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises.
