Loved the house! Everything in Savannah is close and easy to get to. Kids had fun with the game system. The private driveway was nice to have. The owner communication was prompt and excellent. Would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown and incredibly walkable. The home was the perfect base for exploring everything Savannah has to offer. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be near the center of it all!

This spot has a lot of charm. Worked great for our friend reunion with having an open feel on the main floor and two nice outdoor spots to hang out as well. The communication with Chris the host was always prompt and the place was very clean when we arrived.

Very nice home located within 20 min walk to most of downtown and Parks. The house was spacious and clean. The showers did have some mold growing in them. The host was very attentive and flexible with us coming/leaving from the airport and was able to drop luggage off.

Beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. Landlord was responsive with any questions. Would recommend for families or groups. Plenty of rooms and beds, full kitchen and kids loved the arcade.

Our group had a lovely stay here in the quietest part of Savannah. One group member stayed at the Andaz and regretting not staying with us. Beautiful place and Chris was very responsive to questions. We would (and plan to) absolutely book again.

We had a great stay! Our group consisted of 2 couples and 1 single adult. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed hanging out together in the living and dining rooms. Off-street parking was great! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and Forsyth Park!

Magnolia Manor was a joy! Christopher was very helpful…quick response to a ‘user error’ problem.The location is ideal for exploring Savannah on your own two feet. The home was beautifully kept and very comfortable. We were gifted with unseasonably warm weather for December, giving us some relaxing evenings on the deck. Thank you, Christopher!

Great house, great location, short walk or Uber ride to anywhere.

It had easy and free available street parking, along with two spaces in back, which is hard to find in Savannah. It's a large historic home in a great location with wonderful backyard space. The house and beds were comfortable and had everything you would need. We had a little trouble with the thermostat, but probably was operator error, not in the system. We highly recommend....and we didn't hear the ghost that the guest book mentioned but would have loved that!

Great location & communicative host.

This property is in a great location—very walkable to downtown Savannah, the trolleys, squares, and restaurants. The bedrooms were spacious and worked perfectly for our girls’ weekend of six.I’m leaving four stars because, while the host communicated well, he repeatedly asked for feedback and a 5-star review but never acknowledged the feedback I provided. In our group’s opinion, the property met our needs well but could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. The beds and common areas were very clean, but some areas just needed extra attention. This is an easy fix, and hopefully, it will be addressed for future guests.

This historic home is in a perfect location and especially for those who are interested in walking the beautiful sites of Savannah. The amenities were appreciated, rooms very comfortable and clean. Great outdoor sitting area and convenient parking. We would come back and stay again!

Very spacious home. In the beautiful historic district. Walkable location to many squares, restaurants, River. Very safe area...3 ladies were comfortable walking around at night. Overload a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. We had three couples and two single adults. The location was great as well.

We loved this place. The four bedrooms and extra beds on the third floor offered plenty of room. The huge dining table was perfect for our group and another family. The air conditioning is ice cold - perfect for the heat and humidity of Savannah in the summer. The owner was very responsive and helpful. And the location is perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

We had our annual Framily/Bestie Reunion in Savannah this year! We booked at Chris’s house and had an amazing stay. The house had an amazing lay out for the 3 preteens to hang out and the 3 adults to spend time cat hung up as well. It is located in a great location and easy to locate.

The property was beautiful and simply decorated. The living area was roomy and comfortable. Just a suggestion that the couch is getting close to being replaced. There were cracks in the leather. The kichen was fully equipped and met all our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable. The back patio was a nice place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The neighborhood was friendly and within walking distance of stores and restaurants.

Very central location and walkable to almost everything we did. Property has some historic charm and the hosts were very communicative.

Everything is within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Very spacious property.

Chris is a great host and good at communication. Beginning with booking questions and throughout our stay. On check-in day he gave us all the info needed and we were able to park our car in the convenient parking spot behind the townhome to walk and go out to lunch. Chris notified us when the cleaning crew was finished so we could check in a little early.We visited with our family and Granddaughter who turned 1 during our stay. A travel crib was provided which worked well for her.She loved crawling (with supervision) up and down the staircases. The little terrace has a table with quite a few chairs- we had nice weather and enjoyed having dinner outside and just relaxing. Everything was very nice, not many kitchen amenities (ice machine in fridge doesn’t work) Only panty items were salt and pepper, and coffee with powder creamer. Adding a few kitchen spices would be nice.Generally some are left from previous guests so maybe the cleaning crew remove anything left?We love walking and the location is perfect for that-, we turned in our rental car and walked everywhere.Kroger Grocery store is close plus so many awesome restaurants/shops. It’s also not far to be in the river tourist zone when you want. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, a good change from the crazy crowds.It’s very close to Forsyth Park and our GrandGirl loved the swings there too!The Azaleas were blooming along with other flowers - just beautiful!We really loved our stay and hope to return.

The place is very charming/historical and in a good location walkable to restaurants and River Street. Chris was very responsive to our text messages. St Patrick’s Day in Savannah was a blast! Definitely would stay there again on our next trip to Savannah.

I looked for weeks before landing on this house and the search was worth it!! Fantastic location- we walked almost everywhere for a whole week. So close even the few Ubers we took were super reasonable. Everything is as advertised- we had plenty of room for our family of 8- each couple has their own room so no one ended up on a pullout; parking on this street is amazingly easy and the extra spot behind the house was great- no constant looking for parking or having to move or pay. Bathrooms (2 1/2) were spacious, plenty of dressers and closet space (some of us were there for 8 days and could fully unpack). Extra mini fridge in kitchen was much appreciated; lots of room to hang out in the kitchen and living room. Kitchen had everything we needed even though we took full advantage of Savannah's restaurants. Again, location is phenomenal- one block from Jones Street, a few blocks from Forsyth; less than a mile to Six Pence and Treylor Park or the Sentient Bean and only a few more blocks to Broughton and the Riverfront. Everyone in the family was impressed with this house- would stay again for sure!!! We are even taking home some tips for our own short term rentals. Can we do 7 stars??

Stayed here for a long weekend with some friends and the property did not disappoint! Great location, walking distance to pretty much everything, and communication with the owner was great! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Couldn't have been better! The place was awesome!

The location of this house is perfect. Our group of 6 were able to walk to everything in the historical district. Several cafes are near and a grocery store (Kroger) is in walking distance. The kitchen is superbly stocked for anything you could want or need. Chris was an attentive host who made sure we had arrived safely. A very nice touch! Parking is a breeze. No issues there at all. I would most definitely stay here again!

Came for a girls trip, great property
