Both houses were ready when we arrived and checkout was a breeze. We never had to call on them during our stay but due to their professionalism before and during checkout, I'm sure that would have been smooth as well. They even delivered and pick up the golf carts. Wow! What a good time. We will defiantly be back and will only rent from new wave from now on.

Plenty of seating for meals, well equipped kitchen and the pool and backyard BBQ and seating areas are fantastic!! We will be back unless we outgrow this house!! The outdoor spaces were great for our group. The location was perfect. We did get sugar ants upon arrival in the kitchen pantry, but the rental management team was quick to respond. We would definitely recommend, and have already talked about booking again for next year!

we loved that every room had a king bed, it made everyone super comfortable! the private pool was a huge bonus and we would definitely stay here again!

Having multiple dishwashers and refrigerators was perfect for such a large group.

We are mostly couples and the numerous king beds are a huge plus as far as comfortable sleeping. The New Wave staff are very helpful and accommodating. The pool is great and we found no reason to cool the pool in early June. Plenty of room to eat at the big dining tables and the kitchen is great with 3 refrigerators and two dishwashers. There were some convenient baby things, booster, pack n play, but we never found the high chair it said it came with. The temp is raised as prior guests leave- it was not cooled by the time we arrived and temps were still 76-7 upstairs as we headed for bed the first night. Since it turns around the same day with 5 hours between guests, it would help not to always turn the air up... we closed all the blinds and that helped it cool down some, but there were upstairs windows with none and it kept the upstairs warmer throughout our stay. It wasn’t an impossible situation, but not totally comfortable either.The list of things provided inThe house is pretty big. What we found when we got there were scant provisions for dishwasher soap, two rolls of paper towels, one tiny bag of coffee for the drip machine, one pod and two creamers for the Keurig, no additional trash bags for the trash can , & 1-2 laundry pods. This for an 18 person Household. You better plan on Bringing your own for all of the above. Each bathroom had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and two rags. No towel for the spouse if mama towels her body and hair. Also there are zero beach or pool towels. We were surprised at these scant provisions considering the house is very nicely appointed otherwise and we paid a lot to stay there. On the whole, still a lovely place to stay, just make sure to bring your own stuff in a few areas. The living room area is not big enough for the whole group- extra folks that won’t fit in the 7 seating comfy area of the living room can sit on the dining room

The house was perfect for our large family getaway! Very welcoming and inviting. I will say the house could use more towels for a large group. Other than that, our stay was great!
