Stayed Aug 3, 2025We loved this house and would choose it again! It was close to the ocean, had plenty of parking, had spacious rooms, and was well supplied with kitchen items, linens, etc. The property managers were great with all communications.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Right inside the gate of Wild Dunes and an easy walk to the beach. Beach was less crowded compared to lower numbered streets on IOP. Plenty of beach chairs, pool/beach toys, and ping pong table at the house. Extra fridge in the garage. Lots of puzzles and games provided by the house for evening entertainment. Overall, the whole fam was pleased.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. However, the pictures shown are older and the property does need some work. The house was clean, the bedrooms were big and the kitchen had a large amount of plates, glasses, and everything you would need. What needs to be fixed are the stained rugs in the living room and downstairs master, the stained couch in the living room and the stained outdoor furniture both in the porch and the garage. It doesn't make you feel comfortable to sit on furniture with stains. Most of the outdoor furniture had mildew stains. The area around the pool needs to be completed with a full patio. There are areas where there is no grass and its just dirt and sand which gets into the pool. For the amount of money this homeowner charges, we expected better. The rental company was very good to work with and communicated with us quickly. We did have a great vacation, but will not stay at this property again. This is also not our first rental on IOP.

Stayed May 27, 2023Our family party of 8, which included 2 couples, grands, a toddler and baby, had a lovely stay. The weather was a little gloomy for 2-3 days of our trip so we were especially happy to have a great home for days inside. The heated pool was a hit especially with the 3-year old. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for family meals. We loved that we could spread out and gather in common areas, yet have enough space for privacy. Our location was a 10 min walk to the beach, and the house had a wagon and beach chairs. It’s a great villa!

Stayed May 4, 2023Celebrated my 50th birthday here with a group of 12: sisters, sisters-in-law and friends. The accommodations were perfect…everyone had “grown-up” beds to sleep in and there were plenty of bathrooms and gathering spots. House was gorgeous and location was superb! We got the best of both worlds between proximity to Charleston, yet our own pool and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. We rented vehicles and I think it was worth it. Getting Ubers consistently for our large party would have been difficult. We had groceries delivered from Harris Teeter, used a private chef thru Rosemary & Rye Catering one night and ate out on Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and at the Wild Dunes Resort. We also rented some bikes. I would return!!
