Upon entering the home, you'll find a family room around which four of the home's bedrooms (including one of the two primary suites) are located as well as a stairwell to the second floor and a back porch that leads to a stairwell down to the backyard, pool & patio. On the second floor of the home, you will find an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, living room and dining room. You'll also find the home's second primary suite on the second floor, a half bathroom and a covered porch accessible through the living room. Follow the staircase to the third floor to find a game room with a foosball table, a bathroom and access to the balcony. You can enjoy a morning coffee outside on one of Sea Gem Too's many exterior balconies. Off-street parking on the driveway & garage for up to 6 cars is included in the rental rate.



Sea Gem Too is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.

NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING. Fireplace not available for guest use. Elevator not available for guest use at any time. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
