The Sugarsweet House accommodates up to 8 guests between 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

• Bedroom #3 – Queen bed + Ensuite large spa-like bathroom

*All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*

Guest Access:

Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.



Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space on the property for guests to use as needed.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

    The CUTEST house!! It was so clean and darling! The pool was perfect for our entire friend group and the house was also perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house!

    Prime location. However no flexibility with move-in or move-out times which is annoying especially for the high ticket price with CRAZY ancillary/add-on fees.

    This house is very cool. It is so authentic and the perfect taste of Charleston. Great for a group with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommend!

    Great place! Lots of room for each family member to have their own space / bathroom. The house was very well equipped and the managers were GREAT! Always got back to us with quick answers and were very accomodating to our family's special needs. Loved the bakers next door! Highly reccommend this home and these managers!     I liked the neighbourhood and the house was very nicely done - the decor, bedding and useful kitchen and we slept well (despite very little sound proofing between floors) but it was a bit cramped with 8 of us and the table only sat 6 at a push. The pool again was not big but nicely done and well heated. Overall we had a good time.

    The location was AMAZING, pool was AMAZING the house was AMAZING. the only recommendation I would have is to put a King bed in the back “primary” bedroom. We were not able to enjoy that bedroom for that fact. Disappointing because that is the biggest bathroom. Wonderful memorable vacation

    It was a great location to upper King Street for some restaurants & shopping walking distance. Check in process was easy and even able to get in a little earlier. Communication was prompt if we had any questions. The pool was heated but wish we had more towels. The sofa bed was really comfortable! Overall a cute house in a great location.
