Nestled on the back row of the colorful Village Walk neighborhood, a gated community in the heart of the island on 11th, this three-story home is the perfect destination for your next couples retreat or family getaway. Get to all that Port Aransas has to offer in minutes the beach, downtown, you name it! This welcoming home makes it easy and comfortable to work from home during the day, and beach it during the afternoons and weekends!
Thoughtfully furnished, outfitted, and decorated, this home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 12 people, offering all the comforts of home with the amazing Gulf views to boot.
First Floor:
On the floor, you will find an apartment complete with two queen beds, a bistro table perfect for the quick work connection or snack, a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and mini-refrigerator), full bath with a walk-in shower, and a pack-in-play for the littles. Just outside the back doors of the apartment sits the pool for your afternoon dip!
The right garage bay is set up as a game room with enough games to entertain the whole family: corn hole, jumbo Connect4, jumbo Jenga, darts, and a TV so you don't have to miss that game. Barstools and a ledge for your cold one will come in handy when you aim for the bullseye. You will also find bins of beach toys and plenty of room to store your fishing and beach gear.
The backyard invites those who are looking for a private getaway or fun with the family with a private pool, an outdoor shower to help you rinse off after returning from the beach charcoal grill.
Second Floor:
Leave your worries back home as you rest in any of the 3 bedrooms, or 2 full baths hosted on the second floor. All bedrooms offer smart TVs, USB outlets, sound machines, ceiling fans, luggage racks and ample storage for your entire stay. A washer and dryer is tucked away in the hall on the second floor.
Enjoy the private balcony and oversized walk-in shower in the master suite.
The kids will find the bunkroom fun with toys to help pass the time. There is also a pack-in-play available in the closet for additional sleeping accommodations.
All bathrooms come equipped with a blow dryer and stepstool for the littles.
Third Floor:
The third floor hosts a large living area with windows inviting the sun in from all angles. Enjoy the light and breezy coastal decor while brewing your morning coffee or playing your favorite game with the family at the dining room table, comfortably seating 8 with 4 additional bar stools plus a high chair for the littlest of family members.
There is plenty to keep the whole family entertained: a living room smart TV with a soundbar, a cabinet full of family-friendly board and card games, a chef's kitchen to whip up your favorite dish, and a private balcony to take in the ocean sounds. You will also find extra HDMI cables to accommodate your electronics or gaming consoles.
The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked to accommodate almost any need: Toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker (single-serve or carafe), utensils including wine and bottle openers, pots/pans, bakeware, serving ware, glasses, cups, wine glasses, kid-friendly dishware, and so much more.
Rooftop:
This is the best place to take it all in, views from sunrise to sunset, this is the spot to stay, relax, and repeat with your favorite beverage in hand.
*An elevator is available in this home with access to each floor, making this beach rental perfect for elderly or handicapped family members. A request for elevator access is required at the time of booking.

    When we arrived the elevator was not working. Six 80 year old ladies had to hork their luggage and belongings up 3 floors. I called maintenance immediately and they came but we were all unloaded already. We could not find the 4th bedroom because we had no access to the lower level. Thanks to a maintenance man we got in to the lower level and got settled in. Everything was great except the elevator. Had to call maintenance a second time to get it to work. Clearer instructions on operating the elevator are clearly required. Other than that, all was good and we had a good time. Too windy to be outside.

    I am giving this property an overall two-star review because the management company did follow through and arranged for us to be moved to a different house. However, it is clear that they are fully aware of the ongoing mold issues in the original home. There was mold present everywhere—on the AC vents, in the laundry room (where a cooler was completely covered in mold), and it appeared as though they had painted over the mold in an attempt to cover it up. I understand that the coast has high humidity, but this level of mold growth is unacceptable. In my opinion, they should not be renting out this property until these issues are fully addressed. That said, I will give the property management company five stars for their quick action in relocating us after they investigated the situation. Every room had DampRid buckets, which suggests they are aware of the ongoing problem. While the management team was responsive, the condition of the house is concerning.

    Very clean. Had everything we needed. A few of the pans need to be replaced. The fan in the middle bedroom on 2nd floor needs to be replaced because it makes a lot of noise when its o. Other than those things it was fantastic. Thank you! We had a great time!!nn

    Property Management was excellent. Having the elevator was really convenient. Location was good. Layout of home was nice. Enjoyed having all the games in the garage. Pool was awesome to have, but a little small. Not enough parking. AC on 3rd floor wasn't super cool but it was tolerable. Pool was being cleaned while we were checking in--good that it was being cleaned but would have been nice if that was done before we arrived. Definitely was not as clean as I expected. Example: Cheerios under the table in the living room, peanut on the floor at the refrigerator, empty kitchen cabinets had food residue. Overall it was a nice stay.

    Enjoyable stay but problems needed attention. Ice maker did not work, ceiling fan did not work, rugs were full of sand. Rugs themselves were were too lightweight and people were constantly tripping. Evening sun blinded people. Blinds or curtains on west side of house would help.
