Out back, a private pool anchors the fenced yard, ringed by loungers for sun-chasers and a shaded patio with a picnic table and hammocks for everyone else. It's the kind of setup where the day drifts from morning coffee to afternoon swim to eveninggrill session without anyone having to leave.

Inside, the main living level keeps the group together. Plush seating in the living room sets a low-key tone, and the dining table seats eight — long enough for shared meals, card games, or the inevitable post-beach debrief. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners, with barstool seating at the counter for the cook's company.

Head downstairs and the energy shifts. The game room is stocked with foosball, air hockey, and an arcade game table, plus beanbag chairs and a second TV for movie nights or rainy-afternoon tournaments. It's a built-in second hangout that gives the group room to split up without splitting up.

Four bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep the crew comfortably. The primary suite has a king bed, private balcony, TV, and ensuite bath. A second bedroom offers a queen and its own ensuite. A third bedroom has a queen, and the fourth is built for the younger set with two twin-over-twin bunks. With this much sleep space and this much shared space, Palm House handles multigenerational trips, friend groups, and family reunions with the same ease.

Getting around the island is easiest on a golf cart, and renting one is a quick add-on — booking early is the move, since availability tightens fast in peak season. Port Aransas itself does the rest. The beach is a short hop away, and downtown's mix of seafood spots, ice cream stands, and boardwalk-style shops is close enough for a no-stress dinner run.

Charter fishing, dolphin watch tours, and the Roberts Point Park jetty are all within easy reach, and Mustang Island State Park's quieter stretches of sand are just down the road.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
