This great 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home in Chloe's Landing just off of 11thSt with PRIVATE POOL is decorated in an elegant style with big, dark, mahogany furniture, soft leather couches and comfortable finishes. You'll relax after a day at the beach in this spacious home. The beach is a short stroll away down Anchor Drive or Sandcastle Drive.

**Living area: The living room has lots of windows and is open tothe kitchen /dining area. It has ample soft leather furniture and a flat panel TV with basic Cable and WIFI. There is a washer/dryer tucked away in the hallway closet.

**Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a flat panel SMART TV. (no cable). The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat panel SMART TV (no cable). The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with Twin over Double bunk bed. There is a flat SMART TV (no cable)

**Bathrooms: The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The master bathroom is ensuite and has a tub/shower combo.

**Kitchen: The kitchen is open to the living room and the dining room has lots of windows for extra light. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items. There is a dining table to seat 6. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.

**Outdoors: The upstairs deck is shaded with a few chairs. Downstairs is the private pool with a suntan shelf. There is also loungers and an outside shower.

**Parking: You can park underneath the house for covered parking and in the driveway. It will fit 3-4 vehicles depending on their sizes.

**Location: Just 4 Fun is located just off of 11th Street near Sandcastle Drive. Sandcastle Drive will be your closest beach access road. Shells restaurant and the Port A Beach Lodge are a nearby. You can walk to the beach down Anchor Drive or Sandcastle Drive.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
