Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful San Tan Valley—just 11 miles from Mesa Gateway Airport! This spacious and stylish retreat features 4 bedrooms (including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds) and is ideal for both vacationers and business travelers.

With 3 full bathrooms stocked with bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Step outside to your ownprivate oasis. Enjoy sunny days lounging by the sparkling pool or relaxing in the spa. The backyard is fully equipped with lounge chairs, pool floats, and both sunny and shaded areas. In the evenings, gather around the gas firepit or fire up the built-in grill for a delicious outdoor meal.

Pool and spa heat are an optional cost for $65/day. When heated the pool and spa will be 78-81 degrees, with the option to heat the spa warmer when in use. We will need to know 48 hours before your stay if you want to add this additional cost. Please note we are unable to heat the spa only as this is an all-in-one system.

Reservation Notes
• Minimum age to rent is 25 years old
• No Parties or Events
• No Pets
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (Inside or outside)
• Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am
• The property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front, rear, and side of the home for safety and property protection only. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only and do not monitor any interior spaces. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home. Guests privacy is always respected.
• Only registered guests may be on the property.
• Maximum Occupancy is 8 people (this includes children and adults)

Both the City of San Tan Valley and the HOA community are sensitive to disruptions from vacation homes- PLEASE do not make our rental an issue.

Violation of any house rules may result in termination of rental contract and eviction. Guests will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
