Stayed Apr 9, 2026This property was an excellent choice for our stay in the area for the Country Thunder four day country music festival. The home is in a gated community and has everything needed for a comfortable and fun stay. All three rooms had king sized beds that were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. AC worked great. The golf cart was super fun and the local golf course and club house is just a short jaunt away. The backyard is awesome. Beautiful pool and spa for lounging during the day and a nice fire pit and bar-b-q. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is 15 miles from the festival grounds and totally worth the drive to not have to camp in the dust and be stuck at the festival 24/7. Our host Gordie was amazing from start to finish. Excellent communication and so helpful. We all agreed that if we brave the festival again this is the property for us.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024The house was perfect for me and my daughter. We loved the patio with the pool and hot tub. Comfy beds. It was great! The golf cart was a lot of fun to get around the neighborhood and to nearby stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 24, 2024Gordie and Kathi are sharing a real gem! Five mature women stayed and had an absolute grand time. We used the hottub, swimming pool and golf cart most everyday. The golfing nearby was wonderful. Nothing but good to say about everything. Thanks!

Stayed Oct 24, 2020We stayed here a year ago, and liked the property and owners so much that we booked it again this year. We meet in AZ to hike, relax and visit with each other (come from different states). When the weather allows, the pool is a perfect way to unwind after a hike in any of the nearby parks. If our schedules allow, we will be back again sometime next fall!

Stayed Feb 20, 2020We just finished our two and a half week stay at this beautiful home in San Tan Valley. Gord, one the owners, was helpful and prompt with instructions and recommendations. The house itself is located in the Johnson Ranch community and has a golf cart to get around-two minute trip to the course. Pool and outside area are fantastic, lots of opportunity to soak up the sun. House is equipped with everything you need for a home away from from. We will definitely consider returning. If you don’t know the area the location is a bit out of the way so be prepared to do some driving but the area and home itself make up for this.
