We had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend
Great relaxing and out of the way place. But still close to everything. Beautiful views and nicely appointed.
Lovely cottage style home that has had much thought put into it. Very clean and well appointed and many updates. The pond view is very serene and the whole place forces you to relax! Enjoyed kayaking and hanging out on deck and campfire very much! Loved it! Will be back!
It was such a nice location. We were able to just enjoy ourselves. Communication was wonderful and it was so awesome to wake up to beautiful birds. My little one is 2 months and smiled so much hearing the birds.
This was a perfect location! The lake is beautiful and peaceful, and it’s a quick drive into town. The house is in great condition and is very roomy.
Easy 10 min drive from Charlevoix. Quiet, peaceful backyard & deck overlooking East End Lake. Enjoyed the firepit & fluffy towels. Kitchen was well-stocked. 2 Beds in 2 bdrms upstairs were very comfortable. Only negatives were Paddle boat was broken, gaming system not set-up in bsmt, & swimming is not allowed in lake. Not sure why? Water too deep, bottom too mucky, leeches? We took the kids to a great beach in Charlevoix though, after the mushroom house tour (worth the $) & had a great day exploring the town & looking for Petoskey stones. Beautiful library & art gallery. Wanted to use the several kayaks & nice new life jackets, but it stormed hard & had to spend the 2nd night inside. Heard a loon early in the morning. Dog friendly. Nice yard, but hilly in back, so our elderly person with a balance issue couldn't access the backyard due to the terrain. He enjoyed the good TV reception! Many steep stairs to bsmt, but lots of room, laundry, & half bath downstairs with a door to lower patio. Quiet neighbors on either side & trees give lots of privacy. Loved the bird feeders on the top deck!
Well appointed and clean home with an awesome view of the lake. Great location, just 10 minutes from town but feels like you're a 1000 miles away. Great Hosts!
June 2023. Small inland lake, sparsely developed. Very quiet and restful.
