Stayed Jun 16, 2026We had a wonderful stay in Marquette. The home was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked great for us, and the view of Lake Superior was beautiful.The location was convenient, the house had everything we needed, and it made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 8, 2026Wonderful, kind host who responded quickly to questions. The house is gorgeous! It's very clean and well stocked. The ice maker on the fridge works . We were there in chilly weather but still took walks on the stunning sandy beach.

Stayed Apr 30, 2026We loved our stay here, and it made for such a special weekend celebrating our son’s NMU graduation. The home was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The décor was beautiful, and the entire space felt warm, comfortable, and welcoming throughout our stay. Although it was too cold for the water, we loved walking along the beautiful beach and taking in the views. The owner was so kind, responsive, and easy to work with, which made the experience even better. Thank you for helping make this graduation weekend so memorable. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed Sep 10, 2025We loved our stay in this home! The location was perfect - it felt secluded but was only 15-20 minutes from the downtown area. The beach was beautiful. Key for us was the sand - our kids love playing in the sand, and this sand was perfect for playing and building sand castles! The home was beautifully decorated and filled with thoughtful details, but still very functional and the owner provided everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy.

The Lake Superior beach at the house is always gorgeous for walks, swimming or bonfires. And of course the location is perfect for UP adventuring:-)

The owners literally thought of everything - including S’mores sticks and outdoor sand toys. Everyone, from my older parents to my kids, adored our time at the beach and the house. Stayed Jul 12, 2025Wow. My parents grew up in the UP and I consider it my second home. Life on the Father of Waters is incredible. Mqt is a dream city full of small town charm. This truly was an outstanding choice and this property is the best. Only steps from the lake, the beach is as wide and as long as you can see. The beach is perfect to sit and relax or watch the grandkids frolic in the water. We will be back. My daughter in law who has never been to the UP was so enchanted that she wants a home in the UP. You will not go wrong with this location or the home. The Bald Eagle flying over head is just a bonus.
