Stayed Dec 24, 2025This is our second time staying here and again we were extremely happy. As we stayed during Christmas Tom put a tree up for us and also put hooks on the fireplace so we could hang stockings :)The topper for us is when we found a baby gate in the closet!! Tom has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing - would give 8 stars if I could :) Thank you Tom from all our family :)

Stayed Sep 30, 2025Fabulous house. Clean, spacious, and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. Open garage to store mountain bikes and gear. I highly recommend it and will try to stay there again!

Stayed Aug 6, 2025Wonderful stay at this location , Tom was truly an excellent host and has a perfect home for our annual trip to the island. the home had everything we needed to accommodate a larger group size and plenty of space for us to organize our day field trips. The hot tub was certainly most welcome after long days along with the patio and propane fire place. Tom really cares about the wellbeing of his guests and goes above and beyond to provide a good experience. hands down the best trip ever from our family , I will certainly rebook this property for our next trip.

Stayed May 30, 2025Tom is very organized and diligent when it comes to preparing the home and receiving his guests. Very clean and peaceful home. Everything is labelled and set up for easy use. Thank you, Tom!One thing to bare in mind if that there are a lot of febreeze air freshners plugged in, so if you have sensitivities to artificial fragrance, notify him in advance so he can unplug the air freshners.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025Four of us stayed at this house while visiting my ill brother in Courtenay, BC. It was a very close proximity to his house, which made it easy to visit frequently during the days we were there. Everything was orderly and the provisions were all there. Very comfortable beds for all of us and lots of room. Thanks for everything, Tom!

Stayed Nov 16, 2024Tom was wonderful to deal with always making sure my family had all we needed for our stay. The house was cozy and clean. Hot tub was an added bonus that my family loved. Tom was on top of maintaining this for us as we stayed for a long period of time. This house is in a great location! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone.
