Seamless check-in and check-out and a breathtaking view as soon as you walk through the front door. Location is quiet, close to great walking trails, and only 15 minutes to all the amenities in either Comox or Courtney. Home is very clean and spacious with a beautiful primary suite. Kitchen is modern and has everything including 2 full-size refrigerators. Beach is accessible from a landscaped yard. All in all, it was hard to leave after just 3 days; we could have stayed here much longer and will likely try to return.

This cottage is the perfect location for great family times and a take off point for all the local things to do. We loved sitting together out at the rocky beach or on either level of patio. Great comfy outdoor seating and fire options. The living room has a massive window and telescope. My husband and myself watched the sun rise. The primary bedroom room is very luxurious. The patios are very safe for children but the rocky beach might not work for a toddler. If we were in the area we would definitely stay here again. Our favourite day trip was to Brown’s falls near Comox for an old fashion swimming hole ans waterfall.

Beautiful property with superb ocean views - we could look out at the sea all day. Beach access made it even better. The property was spacious and well equipped, everything you could want in the kitchen. Courtenay and Comox are lovely and there is so much to see and do in the area, our party ranged in age from 12 to 81 and we all had a fantastic and relaxing vacation.

We gathered with extended family to celebrate our mom who passed during Covid. After the graveside gathering to inter her ashes we gathered at the house and it couldn’t have been a better space for it. The house is just gorgeous. So open and bright with views you can drown in. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Wonderful location and great accommodation for our family of seven

The propery and communication with the hosts were excellent. We really enjoyednour stay. Lots of space and excellent amenities for a vacation rental.

Was a lovely place. Had ample room for us and was a great place to walk to many great hikes. Only thing that needs attention is the front steps. They need to put some kind of anti skid on them.

We had a wonderful time and a very comfy stay. The accomodations were great, exactly as described and what we hoped for. Fantastic view and great location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. The beautiful large kitchen was excellent for cooking a big group breakfast. The view from the living room, the master bedroom shower, the mattress and pillows were all excellent. Lastly the 30minute drive to Cumberland through the country was quite relaxing and beautiful.

We just spent a rainy October weekend on this property and it surpassed our expectations. We were a multi-generational family and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous for entertaining and the view is something that you will never tire of looking out upon. We hope to come back in a summer month. What a treasure of a home, thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Our stay at Humble Shores was absolutely delightful. Very well appointed home, lots of outdoor and indoor spaces (impressive gardening!) to take in the breathtaking ocean scenery. We saw humpbacks (with the helpful binoculars!) one evening and enjoyed walking along the rocky shores. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful home with a gorgeous view. The beds are comfortable and the big kitchen table was perfect for meals and after hours card and dice games. Serene landscape on a quiet street.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation. I am happy to report the home was immaculate. It was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place to get away and relax. A few small issues came up during our stay and the property manager was very responsive and helped to resolve our issues quickly. I really appreciate how quickly they responded. Will be happy to book here again.

Lovely home and property, gorgeous view and very peaceful, perfect for multi generation group. Wifi password info at checkin would have been helpful. Downstairs TV didn’t work and some lights out in downstairs bathroom.

The property was obviously designed with great thought and care by someone who valued connections and smooth hosting. There are private spaces as well as open spaces laid out for entertaining, meals and recreation. The views are stunning! From early morning sunrises to dreamy sunsets on the beach, the property is a haven!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place and location. We had great communication with the owner. The gazebo was a great place to sit and look out to the water. Wonderful spot.
