Private House 1 Mile from Downtown NEWLY RENOVATED

Summary:
Great house located in downtown Roanoke! Located exactly 1 mile away from the center, you're only a 10-15 minute walk, or a $6 Uber away! 5 bedroom house, 6 beds, 3 FULL bathrooms. House can sleep 12. Great area and newly renovated! Plenty of parking for up to 6+ cars. House is equipped with a 65 LED Tv with a Roku attached for streaming (accounts not provided). Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms!

The Space:
This house was just recently rebuilt from the ground up and is basically brand new. Everything you see was just constructed. Has 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 in the finished basement. Approximate size is 2500 square feet. Can easily sleep 12 comfortably. The house is fully furnished from the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms etc. You will need to bring nothing besides yourself and clothes. All amenities such as toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, detergent, sheets, linens, etc are all provided! In the living room is a 60 LED Tv with a roku attached for streaming (accounts not provided for streaming). The yard is fenced in with one small opening for cars to pull up! There is also a patio out back with a gas grill, and seating for 4.

Please note that only a maximum of 12 people are allowed. Pets are allowed but there is a $50 charge per Pet, per day. The maximum we will charge no matter the length of your stay is a $100 Pet fee.

Early Check-in or Late Check-out can be arranged for $30 if available

The Neighborhood:
The house is located just over a mile away from Downtown Roanoke. You can take a cab or uber directly to downtown and it costs you under $5. Private fence around the whole house as well! Many local shops, restaurants and convenience stores located just a minute or two away!

Getting Around:
A car is recommended but you can uber anywhere in downtown for less then $6 and from there you can go to the center of downtown to connect to the airport, smartway bus to get to blacksburg and lynchburg and even the Amtrak!
