Great location close to beaches, downtown and hiking. Loved all the amenities arcade games, pool table, ping pong, comfortable rooms and beds, hot tub! Fun for the entire family!

Everything was perfect! The house was beautiful and spotless. They had thought of everything that we could possibly need and so much more. I really cannot say enough about how nice the house is. They're close to downtown and the lake and they communicated great with us.

We loved staying at this house! We were surprised with an early check in time and a tray full of goodies. There is so much detail and thoughtfulness that went in to this rental. We loved all of the games, and the beach stuff was so nice to have during our stay. Communication was excellent and the house was perfectly clean. The town of Manistee was very enjoyable as well. My family and I stayed here for a beach vacation. The house was great with plenty of space and everything you could think of to entertain a family (outdoor games, indoor games, hot tub). Plus it was an easy drive to two great beaches (1st street and 5th Street beaches) with easy parking.

Wonderful home. It has plenty of dishes and everything you need in the kitchen. Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of inside and outside games. Hot tub was pristine! Grilled out one night and everything was perfect. Stayed here with my older parents, husband and kids.

What a great place!! Property was every bit as advertised. The owners were very pleasant and responsive throughout the entire transaction. The house smelled fresh and was extremely clean upon our arrival. My daughter loved all of the games. We will definitely return.

Close to downtown Manistee, plenty of space and privacy! Manistee is a great town to spend some time away and recharge, and Muriel's house is the perfect place to do that!Space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Will come again!

My husband and I stayed at Muriel’s house for Valentines weekend. Troy and Andrea were kind enough to let us know that the house was ready for check in early if we wanted it. When we arrived there were chocolates and wine for us to enjoy. The house is decorated beautifully and a few valentine decorations as well sprinkled around the house. The house was well stocked with towels, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. Not only did we have everything we needed it was all like being at home. Some other rentals we have been to the dishes and towels are a mishmash of things that people got from grandma’s attic or a garage sale. Not Muriel’s house! All the plates matched and the towels don’t have holes in them. They really take pride in this house. We spent some time hiking. We went to Magoon creek which was a short distance south of the house and then to Beech Hemlock was north of the house. Downtown has some great restaurants. The hot tub was so nice to relax in after a cold snowy few miles. We will definitely keep Muriel’s house in mind the next time we are in Manistee!

The property was very clean and organized. Using the hot tub was straightforward and the tub was clean and well maintained. The house was nicely finished and well equipped for my stay. The Pac-Man game in the basement was fun! The bed was very comfortable and helped me sleep well while there!

This property was better than advertised. The description and pictures of the place are very accurate. It is a great place in a great location. The attention to detail they have is as good as any place we have ever stayed. They put thought into every part of your stay. Well done and we will be back in the future. Thank you!

Not great for couples tho especially if your partner is over 6 foot lol. There is no master bedroom and only one bathroom with a tiny toilet and the whole house is set up for shorter people there is also no privacy for the hot tub and no place for you to get ready to go out. It was a nice place just not comfortable and the beds were all terrible for our backspeople

This was by far the best place I’ve stayed at from the hosts to the house. If I could give it 20 stars I would gladly do that. Troy and Andrea are spectacular and they made our stay the absolute best! They have so many special touches to make this the perfect vacation spot for anyone. Whether it be a group of of friends, a couple or a family, they really have thought of everything. The hot tub was amazing and the beds were comfy, the welcome treats were an added bonus and were enjoyed by all. The house is adorably decorated and super clean. It is even more spacious than it looks on the pictures. The backyard is spectacular and has everything you could possibly need. They have so much to offer and I would highly recommend this place for any of your Manistee getaways. It really was a home away from home. Thank you for allowing my friends and I the opportunity to stay at your place. It was very memorable and special! ?

Our stay was short but sweet in Muriel’s House. My family loved everything the house had to offer and it was so inviting. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and family.
