Great stay for the price but definitely could use some updates — new towels, new pillows and bedding, and a fresh coat of paint. Good communication with the host. The neighborhood was great, easy to walk to things (spread bagelry 10/10) and get to downtown Charleston and Sullivan’s island. Overall, worked for our party.

The house was very welcoming feeling just like home upon arrival. It as everything you need and is close to beach shopping and good places to eat not to mention a short drive to down town Charleston. We will be staying there when ever in town since my son lives on the same street.

This was a great rental for our trip with the kids! Plenty of space and close to all the tourist places!

A nice home in a nice location

This was the perfect spot for a vacation to the Charleston area. Easy and close access to many of the main things to do around the area. The house was great and had the essentials needed to kick off a vacation.

The host was lovely and the location of the house and neighborhood was great. The furnishings are quite shabby and the cookware barely usable. Bathrooms badly in need of cleaning and new fixtures. The house was not clean including grimy kitchen cabinets and grout in need of scrubbing. Nice location and neighborhood but I would not stay here again.

Our host was attentive and helpful. The home is in a good central location and in a lovely neighborhood. The backyard is very sandy where grass has not grown, which made the house a little hard to keep clean, but everything else was great.

Nice location, however the house could really use some updates. I understand it’s a vacation rental but the home needs some attention starting with the front door. Couldn’t log into the internet to use for phone or computer as the password given and put in kept giving us the wrong password error. Sent a message to the property manager and never confirmed what the password was only that since the tv was working it was valid. Probably wouldn’t recommend or stay here again…there are nicer homes but I did a last minute booking to get away for the weekend.

This is a serviceable rental in a good location. But make no mistake, this is a heavily used rental run by a management company, not a private owner. We found it to be not well maintained. When we arrived, the yard was overgrown, half the lightbulbs were out, an electric fixture was hanging out of the wall, there were no hangars, no hair drier, blinds didn't work, smoke alarm non functional, and an ancient TV in the main room that didn't even support uploading an APP. Cosmetically, things are just worn and banged up.

We could not have asked for a better place. Our group of 7 flew in from all different places for a wedding, and Robert was incredibly accommodating. The house was very spacious & perfectly clean. It was so easy to find everything we needed or were curious about. Really wish other hosts could follow this lead!!

I am Grateful we found this place! We have a sweet old yellow lab and I am so glad she could come and have an awesome yard to play in! The Host was overly accommodating! Great location and House!

We had an excellent long weekend in Charleston. The home is perfectly located that we never had to drive more than 20 minutes. We explored Shem Creek, downtown, and Sullivan's island. Definitely a perfect spot for a larger group!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was exactly how described and in a great location. We were close to everything. Great restaurants and Sullivan’s Island was just a couple of miles away. We would definitely stay here again.

House was spacious can use some upgrades. Overhaul we had a good stay and the Manger responded to my messages in a timely manner. Would recommend others to stay.

In town for wedding and found this place as a first time Vrbo user. The family was happy with the house and location. Robert is a great owner as I had issues with communicating through the app. We will be planning another trip soon.

Open floor plan which made it nice for a small graduation get together. Overall it is a nice house but a few things need to be fixed/replaced.

Convenient and clean

Wanted to see historical Charleston and this was a great location. House had plenty of room and was in a nice neighborhood. Perfect backyard for my dog to play in.

The fenced in back yard was great for the dogs to run especially with all the snow! The location was great to get to Shem Creek, shops and restaurants.

All the details in the listing were accurate and the location of the property was perfect for shopping, going to the beach, and finding good places to eat! Robert was very friendly and responsive as well. A great deal for the price, highly recommended!

We came in to town to meet our daughter's soon to be in laws. The house was perfect for our family including my parents. We would definitely stay again!!!

Plenty of room to spread out 8 and 9 year old loved the backyard. It was safe for them to play there ☺️.

I would rate whole experience 4.9 & the only thing that kept it from being a 5 Star was the parking got Tight at night. We never had anyone in our spot but was difficult to navigate at times. I would 100% stay there again. A+++++

We stayed for 5 days and had no problems. The house was ready to go by the time we arrived and the manager was very responsive to any questions

We arrived on Thursday Nov. 14 and left on Sunday evening 17th Nov. The house was spacious and location was great. Kitchen was updated and very nice and clean. The house did smell a bit musty when we walked in and I noticed there was a good bit of dust on tables and curtains and window blinds. Several window blinds were broken and it made it difficult to open and close them. The bathrooms were fine and had spacious showers. We had booked the house for my daughter’s wedding weekend and had family with us. We were all exhausted on Sunday morning and were planning to sleep in but around 815 am a landscaper arrived and started weed eating and edging the yard next came the mower making noise and then the leaf blower so we definitely didn’t get to sleep in. I certainly don’t think a landscaper should be arriving on a Sunday morning before 830. also I did want to make mention that I had to look under bed in master room for a shoe and wow it was not clean it was very dusty and dirty You may possibly want to bring to cleaners attention as all the dust is not good for people with allergies.

The property needs a good refresher and cleaning. The linen closet was a jumble of stuff. The master bedroom toilet would not flush unless you opened the back and pulled the handle. That is not acceptable.

The back yard was our favorite place to hang out! It was so beautiful and peaceful. The home was just as described. Very spacious, everything available that you need to stay in.l

We came to Mt Pleasant for my husband’s birthday and to do some fishing. This place was perfect for the 4 of us. It was a perfect location…convenient to everything. We had a blast, caught some fish and had some really good food. Hope to go back soon.

The place was a perfect fit for a large group of people, and a great location in terms of both beach access and visiting Downtown. The host did a wonderful job at being responsive when needed and provided all neccessary details when contacting about the stau.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location is pretty central to dog-friendly beaches and Charleston (10 mins). Our small dog enjoyed having a fully fenced yard and quiet neighborhood.
