Great hot tub! House was clean & spacious.

The home was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and great food. Would definitely book again.

We had a really great stay. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the owner was awesome. Everyone loved the pool. The beach was close and the beach supplies really came in handy.

Overall our stay was good. Location was great and house had everything we needed. Pool area could have been a little cleaner when we arrived their was 2 screen doors that were just laying laying on the decks when we arrived.

Sometimes rentals don’t match the description/listing. This one exceeds both. From booking, check-in, comfort, convenience, to communication, the entire experience was perfect. The house is tucked off the quiet side street. But it’s only steps, and a straight walk, to the beach. It’s also close to a great grocery store and some terrific restaurants. The house itself is super-clean, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. This was an anniversary getaway and we had a truly great time.

First trip to this area to visit friends that own there. Great location, very close to walk to beach and to the town. Loved all the fun eating & drinking places. House had great space. Didn't get to use pool due to temps but the hot tub was fantastic. Will visit again.

Enjoyable, an easy walk to the beach. Many restaurants to choose from and no wait. Pool snd hot tub heated very nice. Looking forward to going back. We would highly recommend this house.

Great house with all the amenities anyone could want at the beach - inside the house as well as pool and beach items! We had a one year old, so the high chair and pack-and-play were a bonus. Close to the beach and lots of places to eat.

Property was nice. Loved having a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and beach toys provided. Inside the house had lots of space for family to gather for meals and games. Nice bedrooms and baths.

The property is perfect for a family. It has all the amenities a family could need. It even has a dog bed which I wasn’t expecting. My dog loved it. The beach is walking distance and the house had all the beach necessities including the carrier to put all the beach chairs and umbrella. The area is close to restaurants and peaceful. The landlord was always available for questions and would respond immediately. Highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved the house! The location and the extras (pool, hot tub, TV streaming apps, start up necessities like TP, garbage bags etc) were PERFECT!. We have stayed many many years in Surfside and this was by far the best! Hoping to rent again next year! Owner is awesome, quick response to questions, very friendly

2024 first time staying at this property. We were very impressed. Very Clean. Starter items(toilet paper/paper towels/hand soap)were provided which helped until we were able to get to the store. Family loved the pool. Beach towels and chairs available for use was also a plus! Owner was great to work with and responded very quickly when we needed to reach out. Highly recommend.

We had a great week at Dreamin' of the Sea. The house was clean and comfortable, and it was so close to the beach. Having our own pool and hot tub was a bonus. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I recommend this property wholeheartedly!

This house is perfect for families with children. Everything was at the house for a beach stay. Having the umbrellas, chairs, and beach toys was great! The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was a great addition to our stay!
