Stayed Dec 20, 2025Lynne and Ian are great. The place was set to go from day one and the few questions we had, they answered immediately. Also - the location. Quiet and still closest enough to walk into Carpeneria to the beaches and a 20 minute drive to Santa Barbara.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024This was the perfect place for me and my little dog. We were here for about 2 months and my daughter, husband, and a friend came to visit during small parts of that time. Easy to check in and the owners were available when I had questions. The house had everything I needed and a lovely private back yard where I was able to enjoy the sun. So close to all the beauty that is Carpinteria beach and bluffs. 10/10 would stay here again!

Stayed Jan 9, 2024This comfortable house sits in a pretty neighborhood, a bit away from the busy (& touristy) part of Carpenteria. Although it was winter, we were able to enjoy the lovely private patio area. A high point for me was the ease of interacting with the owner & her manager. They were very responsive to our questions & needs. Overall, out stay was very enjoyable.
