The Seacoast Way community offers access to an enclosed private pool 100 yards from back patio door. Seacoast Way is located in a private community of lovely homes, a four-minute drive to beach and downtown. Easy bike ride! There is a Seaside shuttle stop located in connecting El Carro Park. Carpinteria is a small seaside city in southeastern Santa Barbara County, California. Located onthe Central Coast of California, it had a population of 13,264 at the 2020 census. Carpinteria is a popular surf destination; the city embraced the slogan World's Safest Beach in 1912, which it still uses today. The recently updated home with front yard entrance and a large back patio offers: barbecue, outdoor heater, seating and an outdoor breakfast table. Inside the newly renovated home: 3 bedrooms, two baths, dining area, living room space, 4 televisions, computer with printer, and a large fully equipped kitchen with seated breakfast table. Garage is non accessible. Back patio garden gate opens onto a lovely lawn and sidewalks to reach the enclosed heated private community pool.

    Lynne and Ian are great. The place was set to go from day one and the few questions we had, they answered immediately. Also - the location. Quiet and still closest enough to walk into Carpeneria to the beaches and a 20 minute drive to Santa Barbara.

    This was the perfect place for me and my little dog. We were here for about 2 months and my daughter, husband, and a friend came to visit during small parts of that time. Easy to check in and the owners were available when I had questions. The house had everything I needed and a lovely private back yard where I was able to enjoy the sun. So close to all the beauty that is Carpinteria beach and bluffs. 10/10 would stay here again!

    This comfortable house sits in a pretty neighborhood, a bit away from the busy (& touristy) part of Carpenteria. Although it was winter, we were able to enjoy the lovely private patio area. A high point for me was the ease of interacting with the owner & her manager. They were very responsive to our questions & needs. Overall, out stay was very enjoyable.
