This property is perfection. We’ll maintained, lots of amenities, comfy bed, a/c, Wi-Fi, parking. Even provide beach chairs and umbrella. You won’t want to leave once you check in. The beach access/location is one of a kind. Host is very kind and accommodating. Can’t wait to book again. A very special place.

This place is gorgeous, quiet and comfortable. Some mention has been made of the train in other reviews but I found the train to be a non-issue. The train runs a few times a day and passes the property in seconds. I was more concerned about the proximity to highway 101, but that too is a non-issue--with the windows open in the front all you can hear is the ocean. We took many walks and it's a great base for cycling in both Ventura and Santa Barbara. Highly recommend!

Wonderful oceanviews throughout and totally quiet. All you hear is the ocean. Very nice beach and good places to eat nearby. Ideal for a romantic weekend.

We had an excellent stay at the efficiency loft which has a front seat view of the Pacific Ocean. Can't decide which were more beautiful -- The sunrise or sunset views: dolphin dorsal fins, the Channel Islands in the distance, or occasional landing of paragliders at our front yard. So handy to have three restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything else within a 20 minute drive from Carpinteria. The unit is very conveniently designed and accessible! -- especially the shower. We would live to return!b Thank you Jeff and family for great hospitality.

We loved staying at the Sea Loft. It is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Two things to note, the AmTrak train is 30 feet away and passes at 7:00 am. not a problem the rest of the day. Was fun waving at the passengers. And the highway is a bit close too. The rest of the amenities and decor is wonderful. The beach was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice stay

I absolutely adore everything about the Surf Loft! I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve stayed. It is a peaceful well-appointed studio close to all the area has to offer.

Beautiful studio apartment - great location- almost like having a private beach

This property looks beautiful. Jeffrey was very accommodating as we had to change the reservation multiple times. Due to a last minute conflict we could not go, but honestly, we really want to go so we will be booking again.

I love the Sea Loft! This is my fifth stay & it never disappoints. It is the perfect escape, yet so close to everything. The host Jeff has always been helpful & super responsive. I cannot wait for my next stay!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was the perfect location and amount of space for the two of us. Jeff was a great host and we can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Jeff even dropped off a bottle of champagne for us. The accommodations were wonderful.
