Stayed Sep 19, 2019Brand new plush condo close to everything. Easy one block walk to beach and short walk to restaurants and shopping. Loved the fire pit on nice front patio. Just a very nice and relaxing place. just what any beach lover would like.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Always love Carpinteria…the quaintness, the people, the vibe. We come here often since my Mom lives in Santa Barbara and we thoroughly enjoyed Playa’s lodging. The decor is beautifully appointed compared to other rentals, they stock everything you need, the gas fireplace was great!! Location, location, location is perfect!! Stayed May 20, 2022This was second time we stayed at this condo complex. Stay was perfect both times. It is modern, clean with everything functional and easy to understand instructions. Loved the patio with the fire pit and the location less than a block away from beautiful beach and lots of choices for hikes/walks near the sea. Very close to cute town of Carpinteria and lots of great restaurant choices.

Stayed Dec 26, 2021Clean, modern and great location. Loved the fire fit and outdoor space. Property came with everything we needed. Space was a bit small for 2 adults and a toddler but that was our error versus what was advertised. Would stay here again!
