Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 adults and 5 children. This house was perfect. We could walk a very short distance to the pool and lake. Our golf carts took us to the beach. The kids loved the bunk room and the little girls loved their own twin bed room. The elevator was perfect for our elderly person. It has a great kitchen and outdoor grill. We will definitely be back.

A/C broke on one, water on the other. Both cases was told to wait to get homeowner approval to repair.

A big plus was the elevator.Size of house was good there were 10 of us. The master bed mattress was very uncomfortable and sheets on bed had a tear and was stained. Pillows were terrible also. The kitchen did not have a single cooking sheet or anything to use in the oven other than a turkey roaster. There was live roach in the drawer with the pots and pans and other roaches found dead and alive during our stay. The gas grill was terrible - need to be replaced. Ate at Dylan’s pizza friday night-the pizza was very good -service good use improvement-it was a thursday night. Overall love Cinnamon Shore and will be back -have been staying once a year but now going to start twice a year. Will be back in September but still looking for the right house.

We were by a pond where the kids fished all evening and just steps away form the Kiera pool.

This houses layout and space was great for our 3 families. The location was the best part though, steps away from the pool and the kids could fish in the lake from the back yard. We already rented this property for next year we loved it so much.Only downfall was the bunk bathroom had hardly any water pressure to the shower.

The entire house had multiple blinds broken and multiple door knobs broken to the point I’d the handles coming clean off and door seining wide open on their own. We found roaches in the kitchen drawers. The house needs a deep clean and a detailed maintenance review. The front staff offered no apology or discount/compensation.

This house is located steps from the pool and is a quick ride to the beach. It came well stocked with basics in the pantry and plenty of linens and cooking supplies. Would stay here again for sure!

Reviewer Comments: The house was PERFECT! Well really perfect, after the AMAZING service crew got the air conditioning back working in just a matter of a few hours. They brought fans to keep us cool as they worked! WE JUST LOVE CINNAMON SHORES! The location, homes, amenities and staff are the BEST!
