Very nice apartment with everything you needed. Great location. Comfy bed. Nice basket of snacks and pasta. The only problem we encountered was an accumulation of snow and ice at the stairs and entry way to the apartment.

We had a great stay at the rental. Apartment was immaculate, bed was comfortable and extremely close to Holy Cross Hospital where our grandson was born. Thank you!

We had the apartment all to ourselves, and it was clean and stocked with food and treats. It was located in a nice, safe, quiet, interesting neighborhood where we enjoyed taking walks. The hosts made themselves available when needed, but also left us alone to enjoy our stay.

The coziest place with all the amenities! We absolutely loved our stay here and found it so relaxing.

First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. We had a friend come pick us up for dinner and he was so impressed with the neighborhood we chose, having lived in DC for a bit and knowing the area. Thank You, Jesus, for that - we had no idea where to look since we hadn’t been before. It was nice not having to worry about something happening to our rental car while it was parked on the street. Definitely recommend and wish I had taken pics.

Our stay was great. Accessing the property was a bit challenging with my mother who is rather unstable on her feet, but we survived. Would definitely stay here again!!

We appreciate that Christina provided some snacks and other kitchen essentials. They were good to between running around catching up with family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay, having a bus stop right outside our door was a real bonus. Christina, our host was extremely helpful. The place was clean and inviting. The only thing agsinst it was that it was a basement apartment so you could hear footsteps above you, but even that wasn't awful.

It's a very sweet place and served our needs well. We were glad to have the washer and dryer, kitchen and different spaces to be in. We came very late at night after driving through a heavy rainstorm. It was difficult to find the house, the door and the keys. We were grateful, however, that Christina replied so quickly to all of our many we're lost texts. Christina and her husband were both very sweet, lovely people. From where you park your car to the entrance of the space, there is no pavement, so you would have to walk on uneven grass, which could be tricky at night. Overall, the place and the hosts were great, especially location, we'd recommend it!

Really enjoyed our time at the property. Clean and orderly.Pretty easy to find, bus stop right outside, though busses are somewhat infrequent. Wonderfully thoughtful welcome, and a communicative host. It’s a little bit of a trek to get to DC/the national mall, but for a budget trip it was perfect.

We had a quiet and comfortable stay over the course of five (5) days.

This was the perfect studio for us!!! Our 1st experience with using app instead of staying in a hotel. The unit was clean well stocked with clean linen for bed and bath! The snacks a diner and breakfast food was a nice touch! We did not expect that it felt like all the comforts of home!! The neighborhood was clean and quiet.

I booked this property for a month long stay for my in-laws and they loved it! Christina and Emilio were very friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Great location, walkable to some stores and restaurants. We wanted to extend the stay but they were booked solid, for good reason! Would definitely recommend.
