When we left a very important item in the apartment, she found it before we even noticed it was missing, and she took careful measures to get it shipped back to us. Stayed Nov 21, 2025Great little basement apartment! Close to everything we needed to get to (Washington DC & University of Maryland) Very, very clean! Within walking distance to restaurants. Left complimentary water bottles and snacks. Due to it being a basement apartment, you could hear people on the first floor, but that is to be expected and wouldn't deter us from staying there again! Highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 29, 2025Spotlessly clean place. Apt. Is fully equipped as described with more. Comfortable bed, nice shower, great kitchen and plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again. One small drawback is some noise from upstairs.

Stayed Jan 19, 2025We had an amazing and comfortable stay. It was a nice surprise to walk-in to warm studio with snacks after being outside in 19 degree weather. The studio is perfectly located around lots of restaurants and amenities. I would definitely stay here again! Also thank you for allowing us a late check out.
