Welcome to Beach Bum Bungalow, a comfortable two-bedroom coastal home base in North Kingstown, conveniently located near Wickford Village, Newport, Narragansett Bay and Rhode Island’s beaches.

The bungalow is the private guest residence within a single-story, side-by-side duplex. The main residence is located at the opposite end of the building and has its own separate entrance and outdoor space. Guests enjoy a private entrance, private indoor living space and their own furnisheddeck with a Weber gas grill. There are no shared indoor areas.

Inside, you’ll find two queen bedrooms with traditional doors, a full bathroom with a tub and shower, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open living and dining area. The home comfortably accommodates up to four guests and works well for couples, small families, friends, visiting professionals and extended stays.
Step outside to enjoy morning coffee, dinner from the grill or a quiet evening on the private deck. Free onsite parking and Wi-Fi are included.

Please note that there is no washer or dryer onsite. Fresh linens, towels and essential supplies are provided for every stay. The bungalow is strictly smoke-free, and pets are not permitted unless discussed and approved before booking.
