Escape to RI! ~ King Ensuite ~ 3BD 2.5BA Near Newport

The property is clean and comfortable. It was located in a great spot for visiting both Newport and Connecticut. I would stay again if I was in the area

Convenient location

Clean and tidy house. Good space for 6 adults.

This is a really lovely property on a tree-lined street with relatively easy access to restaurants, markets, local beaches and even the Newport Jazz/Folk Fest. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is quite nice and the lounge/living area is very welcoming. A really nice backyard if you need to let the kids run around for a bit or if just you want have a beer while you grill out or take in the lush scenery. Check-in/Access process was super easy. Would stay again.

Our group had folks coming from different states to attend an event for my daughter. This home was great for the 6 adults to have a private space to eat, chat and catch up with each other as well as prep flowers the event's tables and play lots of board games. The area was quiet and pleasant. Several people in our group even took walks around the neighborhood. When a minor issue did come up, the owner was responsive. Would stay here again.

We had a great time! The house was wonderful and even had a nespresso coffee maker, our favorite. Love the back yard, very peaceful to look out over the trees.

The house was clean and had everything we needed (coffee, laundry, etc.). My 3 year old very much enjoyed the play set/yard and the toys that were provided. Would highly recommend for families.

House was as described in the online listing. My parents, spouse, and sister + her husband stayed for a weekend wedding. My brother's 2 year old stopped by and loved the swing set and large backyard. Grill access was also very convenient for a summer stay. Very cute, quiet neighborhood. One thing I would recommend to the owner is to add a second mirror to the bathroom on the second floor. Not a big deal, but for six people prepping for a wedding it would have been nice to have another mirror in that bathroom. And would be nicer aesthetically. Overall great space! Would stay again if in the area.

This is a really nice property in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood - great back yard as well, with a little swingset. It was very convenient to Rts 1 and 4, accessible to lots of activities and the picturesque town of Wickford (with a great ice cream place!). All family members enjoyed our stay!
