Fantastic place to stay. Walking didtance to River Street and Forsythe Park.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd stay we have had at Cozy Cottage. It is a 3bdrm,3ba which is desirable. The location is excellent. There are not alot of stairs to enter the property (only 2) which was good for us who have family with mobility issues. There are stairs to the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is big enough and has enough amenities including coffee maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Biggest complaint or feedback from our stays here is that the renovation was not done with the utmost care, and the house definitely could use a little TLC or pampering like better lighting and hooks in the bathroom. One of the kitchen cabinets doesnt even open. The AC was dripping (actually leaked but they came and addressed it). There is parking right out front (paid). Overall, definitely a cozy convenient rental and we have enjoyed our stays here.

Location was excellent, but the place was pretty run down. The shower didn’t drain so you were standing ankle deep in dirty water and the pedestal sink was pulling away from the wall. The bed by the kitchen was creaky and the mattress was hard as a rock. The furniture and decor was pretty dated. some easy improvements would make a huge difference in guest comfort. Parking was also a massive hassle.

The most difficult thing was getting the lock box open to get the door key, that was challenging to lift the lid up. Great location with so many places to see and dine all close by. The back right bedroom's bed was not very un-comfortable very hard and very squeaky. Overall a nice place to relax at after a day of sight seeing.

Loved the home. Great location!

Reviewer Comments: The Cozy Cottage was very sweet and clean and positioned on a quiet street which was in easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see in the Historic District of Savannah. The cottage is charming, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so everyone gets his or her own private space - the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining room table comfortable and the living room is charming. - The TV and Wi-fi were good. I was sorry that there was no alternative to tap water provided. We were told, especially if you are in an older house, the water can have a strong smell of chlorine or may taste bad. I see (by doing research) that the tap water is up to EPA standards, but It would have been very nice if you had provided a Britta filtering pitcher so that we could have felt more secure about the water.Instead we bought bottled water, which we do not approve of doing. The windows would not open...nor were there any windows in two of the bedrooms. I can see the reasons for that and the temperature was set at a comfortable place, so the air felt fresh, but for someone use to a house full of windows, it might feel a bit claustrophobic. But these were small concerns. The overall experience was excellent and the price was fair and manageable.

House exactly as advertised. Was perfect for 3 couples with each bedroom having their own en-suite Easy walk to broughton, market and River street We used public parking garage instead of messing with parking meters 165 for our stay Would definitely rebook for next trip

The host was very welcoming and helpful. Any questions were immediately responded to. Great house and location!

The water barely came out of the faucets and shower heads. Only positive was the location.

We didn’t speak with the host directly, but every question we had was handled quickly by text and email. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to many of the nearby historical sites. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group. Overall, a great stay.

Great property management and the house was great. Only one issue that the property management took care of right away!

The cozy cottage was is a great location to be able to walk to the sites we wanted to see. It is located in a neighborhood that felt safe and was quiet at night. We loved each having our own room and bathroom. For the age of the home, it is well kept.

The house is in a fantastic area and very walkable to many places. House is as listed. They only problems we had were the chain broken on the upstairs toilet (we had to rig it) and lack of water pressure when all showers are being used around the same time.

I don't recommend this house.The house has too many issues and has very bad maintenance. Just to mention a few:1) Both bathtubs sinks were blocked, so the water didn't drain. After insisting many times the maintenance came late at night the next day.2) The kitchen sink tube was detached. I ask for repair, but they never did it. I had to fix it myself.3) Bed and mattresses very old.4) Toaster in bad condition and few utensils. 5) Furniture very old and dirty.6) Washer did not work well and was full of dirt. Could not use it. 7) The property manager only fixed one of the problems and after insisting a lot. I had to write to VRBO so they take action.In general the house has very bad maintenance and it is NOT worth the price paid. Other family members stayed three blocks from us and the house was beautiful and practically for the same price that we paid. It was like comparing a 1 star hotel with a 4 star hotel for the same price.The only good thing about this house is the location, all the rest NOT recommended at all.Very disappointing.

Cozy Cottage was perfect for our girl's getaway. Prime location to walk everywhere, never used our cars. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.Will keep in my favorites for my next trip to Savannah!

It was great. Owner came to put in new air conditioner after he tried to fix it.Suggestions: Water pressure was weak; how about getting a Keurig in the kitchen? Fun time - we would go back!
