Stayed Feb 6, 2026The host was great. Carl responded immediately to a couple of emails. Kept me in the loop without having to ask for information. Location is fantastic for access to state farm stadium. Short walk. Really cool view of the stadium from the yard. Lots to do, games seating and pool. The outdoor grill was perfect for cooking breakfast outside. Nice to have the outdoor seating area with tv and cover from the shade. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and neat. Kitchen a little beat up but nice. The yard was fairly clean but needs some attention. Cushions on all outdoor furniture has seen a few party pool days and could use some tlc or replacing. But no major issues with the property. Comfortable.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024We were in town for a Cardinals game. This is an excellent spot for walking access to the stadium. Plenty of shopping and dining options within a 5 minute drive of this property. Great backyard set up with the pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen.
