Pretty little house in the north at pointe aux cannonniers

Everything was easy, clean and our stay was wonderful.

We had a great time at this fabulously located house with fantastic pool and garden, highly recommended for visitors to Mauritius

The house is very welcoming, arranged with nice and comfortable furniture, the garden useful for BBQ. There is also a beautiful shower outside. But what we really liked most was Tristan and his family, their welcoming and their availability. And Maurine, that sparkly cleans the house. It was really a beautiful stay, we felt welcomed and comfortable the whole time. Thanks a lot!??

The house is verry nice and clean. You have everything, what is necessary for an individual Holiday vacation for living and exploring the island. We felt like home. The beautiful garden withe the pool an especially the patio, where we were sitting the most time is a perfekt place to relax. The house is Close to the nice long beach mont choisy and the town Grand Baie, where you find a lot of Shops, verry good Restaurants and the grocery store Super U. We cooked often by our self, and you find all delicious ingredients there. Maurine, the good ghost from Tristan is verry nice and helpful and she cooked several times a perfekt dinner for us. Thanks for this experience. Also the contact with Tristan worked perfekt. At our stay he was by himself at vacation, but we wrote often whats app and he allways was interested if everything is fine with us. Tristan and Jean-Louis are perfekt great Hosts. Thanks for all.

Tilacaze is really the best place for perfect holidays in the north of Mauritius! We have been there in January/February 2014 and we enjoyed our stay very much. Tristan and Jean-Louis are very friendly, helpful and cultivated hosts. Unfortunately, the pictures of their house published at websites are not the best ones – in reality everything is much more beautiful! Tilacaze is located in a very calm and secure area of Pointe aux Canonniers, has a very beautiful and well-kept tropical garden with swimming pool and a comfortably furnished terrace. The interior design of all rooms is very modern and stylish. Satellite TV and free WiFi are available, all rooms have a fan and the bedroom even air-condition (no extra charge!). The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator including freezer, toaster, coffee machine and microwave oven – but also with lots of small and helpful details such as a basic range of spices and oil for cooking, free coffee and tea, cling film and aluminum foil. Dishes and cutlery for 4 persons are available as well (and both is very functional and modern – in contrast to many other private vacation homes where you get usually cast-off and sorted out equipment only). The room service provided by Maurine was perfect. Mon Choisy beach, supermarket, some good restaurants and a bus stop (for public buses to Grand Baie or Port Louis) are located within 5-10 minutes walking distance. For our convenience and security during our stay Tristan and Jean-Louis even provided umbrellas, a LED lamp for evening walks after dark and a mobile phone with local SIM card and saved emergency numbers!
