Pretty 3 bedroom house in Hydra town close to the port, no steps, pvt courtyard

A lovely stay in a perfectly central and quiet location with all the comforts and amenities you could possibly need. The private courtyard and balcony were an added bonus and it was a treat to have private outdoor space! It felt like we had our own Hydra home and we didn’t want to leave. Nikolas was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly, and easy to reach. Would be happy to return!

Host was very helpful, all the information was perfect no hassles at all. The house was perfect, had everything you needed and more, private and close to all of Hydra.

Absolutely amazing stay! We would love to come back to this property someday. Comfortable, clean, roomy, great location. We especially liked the private courtyard and spent a lot of time there. The kitchen was well-stocked for preparing our own meals, which we ate outside in the courtyard. A small grocery store was within a few minutes walk. The neighborhood was incredibly private and quiet.

Beautiful house and courtyard. Well appointed with a huge variety of amenities. Air conditioners worked well and the bathrooms were perfect. Close to the harbor and all the attractions. Hydra and it’s people are just plain lovely!

This is my second stay in this house, and I'm happy to have returned. The villa is very centrally located, very large, and comfortable. It has a beautiful patio and two terraces. Nickolas is extremely welcoming and professional. I can't recommend the villa enough, and I hope to return next year for a third time. Thank you,Roberto

Perfect for us! We were there for our daughter's wedding and she used our house to get ready for her amazing day :) The house was very spacious and very well equipped. Bedrooms and living rooms were so comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly want! The outside spaces are pretty and have loads of room. Brilliant location and Tracy very kind and helpful (thank you). We were sad to leave after a wonderful week!

Second time in this house, for sure third next year.

Ditto to all other other reviews, everyone is correct, this is a great property for a large group or a small group who wants a lot of space. Property is in a nice peaceful location, close enough to easily visit port, stores and restaurants - but far enough away to be extremely quiet. Host had wine, coffee, juice and other basic needs for us. We quickly found the bakery and grocery and rounded out our meals. It was extremely clean. It had all of the basic kitchen appliances with multiple ways to prepare your morning coffee. Everything worked and we quickly adjusted to the island quirks. The island itself was wonderful with a laid back lifestyle that was easy to embrace. We found ourselves wishing we had planned a longer stay here and skipped other locations. Don't waste your time looking at other accommodations, just book this.

Nickolos had perfect communication. Tracy met us as soon as we got off the ferry in Hydra and explained everything we needed to know about the property upon arrival. Very close to harbor, restaurants, and shops. Very large apartment. Wish we could have stayed longer!Tip - have dinner at the Sunset Restaurant. You will love it!

Superb customer service and beautiful home. We loved our stay.

The house has a welcoming courtyard, a friendly kitchen, bathrooms and terrace areas for each bedroom. Internet is a little spotty and doesn’t work upstairs but all else is good. Quiet neighborhood but not too far from the port and restaurants. Have bookedtwice now.

This was truly so above and beyond everything I could've hoped for in a rental property. Starting with the wonderful Tracy who met us at the harbor and brought us right up to the property - which is stunning! And even better than gorgeous for a family traveling with two young kids, it had everything we needed for comfortable stay. The location can't be beat, we were right in the heart of Hydra. I am almost hesitant to write how magical this place is, because I want to make sure it is available next time I can return!

What a completely beautiful way to enjoy Hydra - the space was huge and comfortable, with well-stocked rooms and lovely decor. It was only a 5 minute walk to the harbor and the perfect home base to explore the area. 10/10 can't wait to stay here again!

We were met when we got off the ferry and taken to the house. We were able to check in early and check out late. Two bottles of wine was left for us. Coffee and milk provided for the morning. Beds are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Our return visit to Hydra & the Courtyard House did not disappoint. House is exactly as the pictures show & everyone is very responsive to any questions that arise. Enough room for our family to spread out and enjoy the space, while still enjoying an easy walk to the harbor. We hope to return again to this wonderful house. Regards from our whole family!

Lovely house, super nice host - def would stay there again

We had a wonderful but too short time in Hydra. The house was wonderful. Fit our family of 5 well with space to spare. Beautiful location. The owners were super responsive to all questions and made us feel at home. Really…could not have gone better.

Perfect home rental! The accommodations were LOVELY! The kitchen had all of the utensils that one could wish for! The lovely courtyard and comfortable furniture made us look forward to coming home each day after exploring and eating baklava. The location was a nice distance from the port. It wasn't too close to the port, so it was quieter, but it was close enough to go out as may times as we wanted. (For an evening crepe or gelato or a sip of Mastiha!). Plus a LOVELY grocery store is very close by. It truly felt like home and we cannot wait to return!
