The property is so spacious and comfortable. Very clean and so nice to have the patio area and grill. Parking is available on the street and very convenient.

Highly recommend this property.Notes for those traveling with elderly family members or those with mobility issues. There are three steps to reach the front porch entry. With help, my elderly mother managed them fine. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms would definitely be too much for someone with mobility issues, however, the parlor is able to be used as a bedroom which was perfect for our needs. For a short stay, it should be fine. But note that there is not a shower downstairs. All in all, the property is beautiful, well equipped, and perfect for a large group stay.

This historic home is charming, clean and spacious! Original floors, soaring ceilings and custom trim and moulding throughout add so much beauty and history! It is located on a street of row houses and is within walking distance of Forsythe Park. Parking wasn't always available on the street and we had some loud music and rowdy people around the corner several times. It is not recommended that you walk at night in this area due to crime. We had an issue with the master bath toilet upon arrival and the management team was quick to respond and get it repaired. The house has a mixed variety of decor that leaves it feeling a bit odd overall and the sofa in the main living area really needs to be replaced. I feel like the listing pictures made the home look much more updated and bright and airy than it was in person. Overall, the home has some lovely qualities but I would choose a different area next time. Pricing wise, it was a good value for the size of the home and distance to things to see and do!

Great property! The house was exactly as presented in the photos. Great kitchen, stocked with everything you need. And, lots of room to relax with your fellow guests. Communications with the host were easy and provided all of the information needed for a stress-free stay. We would stay here again.

Great location. We walked everywhere. Especially nice to be so close to Forsyth Park. The house was very comfortable. We had tons of space for 5 of us.

The place was exactly what our group was looking for—spacious, clean, and in a great location! It comfortably fit our group and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The layout made it easy to relax and spend time together, and was well equipped with everything we could need. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was lovely, clean and in a great location. However, we specifically wanted a 4 bedroom home and this home is misrepresented as such. The fourth bedroom is a day bed in the living room, no closet, and the street lights blazing in all night. Two guests ended up sharing a room which was not as planned. I reached out to Heirloom management about this two weeks ago and unfortunately have not heard a response.

We came for a quick trip this time to celebrate my graduation. The home was perfect. It had plenty of space for all of us, was centrally located, and was easy to access. The communication we received was excellent! We felt at home our entire stay.

The house is steps away from Forsyth Park. Beautifully maintained and the concierge was exceptionally responsive to our questions and requests.
