This property has extensive flood damage, mold is literally growing on the walls. The stairs and porch are about to fall in and extremely unsafe as well as railings in back are unsafe as well. Broken plug plates wires hanging out of the walls along with grease and grime around every door in the house. But all that pales compared to the smell of mold that hits you when you walk in. Property managers were supposed to meet with us on last day and never showed up… figures. Unhealthy, unsafe and way way over priced!! Sad because it once was a beautiful place… before lack of care on owners part ruined this home. Filthy filthy filthy!! If need be I’ve got pics to show anyone completely ruined our wedding. Also 2 different cabinet doors fell off while opening them on landed on my wife’s foot bruising it pretty good. Told them about all this and they wanted to come work on it while we were having a wedding in the home!!!

The property looks very nice on the outside. The house needs major pest control. There were ants in the bed. Kids killed a scorpion inside the house. Cupboard doors broken. Shower head in master sitting on the window sill. House not clean. Windows and floors not clean. Bed sheets and hand towels stained. Carpets are filthy with ants. The outside shower faucet was broken so only hot water came out. They had 3 barbecues that was so rusted out you couldn’t use them. For the amount of money that we paid, you would have expected not to have these situations, very discussing and disappointing. We will not recommend this property.

The house is beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our family of 14. The location was further out than I thought but it wasn’t a problem. A video of the home would give you a better idea how the house is arranged, but definitely not a deal breaker.

This overall is an excellent property for a large family to stay at. There are 5 bedrooms and you can even do 6 or 7 in a pinch with the study and game room. The bedrooms are well separated among the 3 floors with the bottom one having a private entrance into a fenced yard, perfect for someone with a dog. You are just a few houses (1 minute walk) from the boardwalk to the beach and on the dunes with an ocean view - hard to top the location. The house has some nice features like a foosball table, games, a hi chair for a little kid, etc. There are 3 large dining tables. We'd definitely stay here again, it served our purposes very well. That said, the house could use a little TLC in terms of maintenance, e.g. the grill is rusted over and not really usable. But it's a daunting task to keep a house this large close to the salty ocean breeze in pristine shape.

Love the spaciousness of the house and proximity to the beach! A big plus is the fully loaded kitchen filled with anything anyone would need. Only complaint is condition of living room furniture - old and uncomfortable…not what one would expect in this home (and the cost to stay there); hopefully, that will get remedied soon!!!!

We were able to get our complete family all together for the 1st time ever and everyone had a wonderful time. The house was large enough for all of us (14) with enough room to spread out.

Great Location. The house was fully stocked all we really needed with the exception of cleaning supplies and trash bags but nothing a quick drive to the gas station 2 minutes away couldn't fix. We had a large group of 11 and it has more than enough space for everyone to lounge around and relax after the beach. Great overall experience and will definitely be renting again if available.

Our family appreciates being able to stay in such a beautiful atmosphere. We'll be calling soon to rent it again the 2nd week of March. I noticed that the ice maker leaks still. I think because the ice was full. The half bath's toilet ran constantly. There was water behind it. The cabinet door was off it's hinge in the dining area. There's a leak in the ceiling where the recess lights are leaking in the living area.We love this house! Thank you. See ya again in 6 months.

The house is very spacious and perfect for large groups; however, it does not offer any extra amenities to make the stay more comfortable. We stayed in and cooked most of the time, and would have liked additional spices for cooking. Also, there was only 1 dish towel provided in the kitchen for any sort of cleanup, but there was no clean up spray (409 / Mr. Clean) in which to make the clean-up easier. Lastly, there seems to be an ant problem that needs to be addressed on ALL levels of the home. I left a 5-star review, as I myself am a host on AirBnb and VRBO, so I know how hard it is to keep everything maintained.
