Friendly Reminder: A $250 refundable security depositwill be pre-authorized at check-in and released after checkout, provided there’s no damage to the home.Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, as some credit cards may take a bit longer to process.
Parking: Max of 3 cars (2 in the driveway, 1 in the garage).

No Smoking Indoors: If smoking, please do so at least 15 feet away from the home.

Pool Time: Have fun! Just keep it quiet after 9 PM—no outdoor speakers—to respect the neighbors.

AC Use: Please keep the thermostat at or above 72°F in summer. If you need it cooler, just message me—we’ll do our best to help without overworking the unit so it stays running for you.

No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.

Please keep all doors and windows closed while the AC is running to avoid damage and maintain efficiency.
