We love coming up with our family and friends and think you will too. The floor plan is great for multiple families or groups with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 living spaces. The upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One is a ensuite. The downstairs is the same but one of the bedrooms is a bunk room with 4 beds. If you need an extra beds, you'll find a pull out couch in the downstairs and there is a trundle bed if you need a place for another child. You'll find a hot tub on thedeck next to the screened-in porch and a pool table and ping pong table downstairs. We have seating inside for 16 as well as dining for 8 more on the deck and porch.

In the winter months, we would strongly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles for the secondary roads and for our driveway, which is steep. We have snow shovels there and suggest bringing snow melt if the forecast calls for snow or sleet. You will need to use those tools should there be weather!

We welcome up to 2 dogs and there is a pet fee.

I am always happy to answer questions. It is sometimes difficult to navigate all your choices! I rent on VRBO for my family vacations too so I understand the need to make sure you it is right for your group.
