Stayed Jun 28, 2025We had a great time staying at this property over the week of July 4. It’s right in the mix of things and was a perfect place to view the IOP firework display and walk over to the golf cart parade. It is loud at night during the summer because all of the close live music, so that’s something to consider if you have little kids. Having the pool there is great, and while the house is starting to get a little dated in some ways, it’s still a wonderful spot close to the beach and easy walking to everywhere else.

The pool is smaller but with the beach so close it was a great option to cool off. This is in the heart of Isle of Palms. Walkable to restaurants and shopping which is so great!! Lots of fun people watching from our balcony too. If you love to be in the mix and don’t mind street noise it’s a great spot. The beach access is right across the street and the beach was super clean too!
