Plum Island Beach House with Privacy, Space, Water Views and Easy Beach Access!

Beautiful home for a family vacation. Had everything you need for the home and the beach

Our family spent Christmas here for the second year to spend as much time as possible during the holidays with our mom/Grandmother, who is in a memory care facility in Andover. The home is beautiful, and the location close to the beach for walks and the shops in Newburyport made for a fun and peaceful time for every member of the family.Thank-you, Joy and VRBO for giving our family a true home away from home!

We truly enjoyed both the home and the location of this property. The house was cozy, clean and is well situated for a family of 9 and was as described. Host was timely in all communications. Beach was just a short walk from the house with easy access and lovely town of Newburyport just a short drive.

As soon as we pull up to this beautiful property there is everything we need. I love the location! I love the many decks for lounging! I hope to make it year 4 and book for next summer! Perfect spot for family time! Thank you Joy!

Joy, the owner was easy to communicate with and was flexible and helpful in all aspects of our family stay. The kitchen and living room are great spaces for cooking / enjoying being together and the nearby beach was terrific for walks. The beds were all very, very comfortable with mattress toppers so we gathered festively and rested well. Many thanks, Joy for a wonderful time in your beautiful home!

Year 2 of visiting this remarkable property! We will likely be booking year 3! So much space for everyone to work and enjoy the multiple decks and sunsets, sunrises, beach walks. Absolute perfection for our family!

This was the perfect spot for our girls reunion. Slept 10 comfortably, had the perfect backyard for a private yoga class, plenty of hang out / catch up room in the house, and just an overall warm, cozy, beachy vibe. 10/10 would return and recommend.

This home and location couldn’t have been more perfect for our 5 sisters weekend! We wanted a place that would have 5 individual beds (not beds to share) that were comfortable, a well equipped kitchen for us to eat in, and spacious areas (inside and outside) for us to relax and talk. This home exceeded our expectations! The sunroom, rooftop deck for sunset views, and easy walk to the beach were all icing on the cake! Joy answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

We loved our Christmas stay at this warm, inviting house. It is on a quiet street just minutes from the beach. Recently decorated and with many lovely spaces to sit and enjoy the quiet. We cannot wait to come back in the summer!

Lovely home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. All furnishings were very nice and comfortable. This was for a Dec. date, so I'm sure other times of the year would b e delightful. We did feel that the check in at 4 p.m. and 10 -11 a.m. check out were too tight.
