Pleasure Point Paradise! Beach and Lagoon Views!

Another great stay in Pleasure Point. This is one of our favorites. It’s a perfect location, walking distance to the beach and so many other places, and we love the house with its many windows looking out onto Moran Lake and further in the distance the ocean. We cooked most nights, the kitchen had everything you need, and enjoyed the hot tub in the mornings before we went out and about. Would gladly return.

This is a unique and beautiful location and home, right next to a small lake and the ocean. The pictures do not do it justice; it's so much better in person. We didn’t expect the partial ocean view beyond the lake and enjoyed watching boats pass by. Sunsets were amazing with light reflecting on the lake. Fantastic views from both the living room and kitchen. Even washing dishes was enjoyable with the view. Monarch butterflies were in the Eucalyptus trees in mid-October, another unexpected treat. The bathroom felt like a spa, complete with a heated floor. Walk around the lake, to the beach, and East Cliff Drive, no need to get in the car. What a gem, we’ll be back!

Charming neighborhood! Stellar views. Lovely amenities. Close to surf spots. Cute nearby market for drinks and snacks, and lovely walking trails nearby. Kitchen great for meal prep. Easy and friendly host communication. Overall, we’d come back!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was spacious and well stocked. The roomy kitchen was a great place to cook meals and reconnect with family. You can walk to so many beaches so no worries about parking. The deck and spa overlooking the lagoon were our favorite place to chill. We hope to be back!

Great place in Santa Cruz

What a fantastic escape into a tranquil and restful place that also allowed us to access all of the excitement of Santa Cruz from surfing and the boardwalk to long trail runs and fantastic biking. Couldn't imagine a better place to return to - the kitchen is warm and stocked with everything you need, the bedrooms quite, private and extremely comfortable, the bathroom a complete luxury and the hot tub was perfection! Thank you for being amazing hosts!

It is a beautiful and quiet place close to the ocean. We had a great time. The house is well equipped. We would pick this place again.

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend!

Nice

This is our second time staying at this great place with my family and parents. My wife and I spent the mornings running to Capitola and back, sitting in the hot tub with our youngest, then after breakfast we would pack up the car for Moran beach, great waves and smaller and less crowded than others. The close proximity was nice so the boys could go back early if they wanted. The early evenings were spent lounging on the back porch with appetizers and drinks before enjoying a nice dinner. We watched movies or played games in the evening and even caught a sunset or two. Would gladly return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a nice quiet area. Loved hanging out on the deck in the evenings and being able to hear the ocean. Lots of cute dogs walking by on the lagoon. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely love this place! Everything is what it said it would be, hot tub was amazing with no heat up process! Great water pressure, quiet neighborhood, host was quick with response to anything we needed. Fully stocked! We will be back

Great place for two couples. Wonderful kitchen, stocked to the brim with everything we needed. Even ice cream. And nice places to sit indoors and out. We loved the hot tub and the views. Highly recommend

Girlfriends of over 30 years celebrate another year of friendship. We looked forward to coming back to this home to make new memories. The hot tub was perfect on chilly days. The kitchen was a delight to make favorite meals and catch up. Thanks for sharing your home, it was wonderful!

Great location. Anything you need the house supplies.

This was the perfect spot for my daughter, son in law, granddaughter, husband and I to stay while visiting our son in SantaCruz! It had great space to visit indoors and out! The kitchen was fabulous and had every type of equipment and appliance you could need. The neighborhood was beautiful and wonderful for walking! It was only a short walk to a beach or to The Point to watch surfers. We enjoyed the hot tub and view from the deck! Definitely not a complaint, but some of the deck furniture was a bit worn! We still enjoyed the space for morning coffee and dinner one evening! This lovely home will be our top choice when we come to visit our son again!
