This is one of the original houses in the area with some great modern upgrades that make it feel like home. And best of all your dog can join you on the trip! Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor patios, and large lawn with your friends and family.

- Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach (15 minute drive)
- The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (20 minute drive)
- The Mystery Spot (15 minute drive)
- Monterey Bay Aquarium (1 hr drive)

Other Things to Note:
- You’ll have space for two vehicles—one in the garage and one in the driveway.
- We’re happy to welcome one dog, it just needs to be approved in advance.
- We have two bikes available for you to enjoy! Before riding, we just ask that you complete a quick safety and liability waiver for access. You will recieve the waiver after your booking is confirmed.
- The property includes a small shed where the owner, an avid surfer, stores his boards. He may occasionally stop by to grab a surfboard, but rest assured, he will only access the shed and won’t enter the house or disrupt your stay.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

    Loved it. Perfect for kids and pets. Well maintained. Easy access to fun spots. Dinner, shops and the best ice cream a short walk one way. And East Cliff with the ocean, sea birds, surfers the other way. Kids had their own place to play in the house with great children’s books. Set up was great in the house, plenty of room. Great yard for the kids and dog to play. We loved it here.

    This is our second time staying at this lovely home! It is spacious and clean and you can't beat the location! 1/2 block from the hook surf spot and 2 blocks from Pleasure Point!

    We had two families stay for the Thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed the fenced in yard, separate living rooms for adults and kids. The bedrooms were fine. Not a ton of extra bedding or closet/dresser space but who empties out their luggage anywayYou’re here for the beach, hiking, and access to the chill SC lifestyle. This house has it in spades.

    Great place with plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfortable, space was clean with a stocked kitchen. The sun room was so nice to relax in with cute bean bags and a fun kids bookshelf full of games and books to read. Garage had bikes, beach chairs to use at the beach. Great location on pleasure point close to lots of restaurants, and close walk to the local surf spot. Would definitely come back!

    The home was very clean with all the amenities we were looking for and a comfortable place to stay. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping…all within walking distance. Great communication with the property manager and always very helpful. Will definitely consider this place next time we visit.
