This house was perfect for us and our dogs. Very cozy. Charming decor, lovely/quiet neighborhood, kitchen beautifully stocked. Fenced in yard was lovely for our dogs. Darling deck area. Very comfortable beds. Super close to downtown Charlevoix. We could not have been more pleased. Hosts were wonderful as well.

We had a wonderful time! We traveled in a group consisting of two middle aged adults, two seniors, one baby, and one dog. There was ample space for all of us! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the showers were perfectly hot for everyone. The back deck was a wonderful place to end each day! One of my favorite features was the gas stove. Whenever the heat kicked on, we loved sitting by the stove to watch the flames ? the location of the house was perfect for us! We were able to walk to the beach (5 minutes), walk downtown (15 minutes), and to the nature trails in the McSauba area (15 minutes) - at turtle speed. We will definitely be back!

So charming! We will be back! Starting with prompt and complete communication from the property manager and easy check-in process, this home was perfect. They even had dog bowls ready for our little goldendoodle. I appreciated that they asks quests not to have dogs on beds and couches, as I'm allergic to some dogs. The home is on a charming street with a short couple blocks walk to the beach. From the beach you can walk into town (with the lake level water so low this year). Otherwise it's a cute stroll down a couple more blocks and you are in downtown Charlevoix. A perfect place for any season of the year. Wonderful deck and grill for summer and fall and a fireplace inside for the winter. Charming and cozy decor. Loved our stay! Great for two couples, friends, or a family with kids! Thanks

The interior appeared to be newly remodel and very clean. Beds are comfy. Close to downtown Charlevoix. Owners are very responsive and helpful.

Back n side yard fenced, good. After wonderful day of walking around Charlevoix, just wanted to go back n relax, watch some TV or play cards. Beds, couch, and diningroom chairs were uncomfortable

I have never been to upper Michigan! Beautiful area lots of small towns with great shopping, beautiful scenery. Stayed in Charlevoix, walked downtown, walked to the beach! Wonderful!

Our daughter was in a wedding in Charlevoix over Labor Day weekend. Our daughter, son-in-law, 16 month old grandson, my wife and I enjoyed this rental. It is very well located in a quiet, charming neighborhood and is a short walk from the main dining and shopping areas in town and from Lake Michigan. We would highly recommend this property!

This house was in the perfect location for all the day trips we wanted to take as well as the short walk to the charming town of beautiful Charlevoix. We were very impressed with the hospitality of the locals and the dog friendly businesses. We truly fell in love with this area. We will be back again?

My husband, and I so enjoyed our stay in this little gem. It was well appointed, incredibly clean, quiet, and just what we were looking for! The backyard was fenced in for our small dog, and it was even well appointed for the dog! Towels, doggy bags, etc. The bedding and linens were superb! I think the bed was more more comfortable than mine at home, which I absolutely love! Towels were clean and bright and looked brand new. The laundry room had a great washer and dryer and I have now decided I need to replace mine! and location was fantastic. Safe and convenient!!! Entering an exiting the property with super simple. There was never a need to contact the owners. The neighbors were even friendly to us and helpful when I had questions. The owners responded quickly and provided great information inside the home. A Great place to stay when enjoying this area! We are “be backs!!”

We travel with two large dogs and this place had a large fenced yard that made it a perfect place for us. Location is excellent, walk to the beach, walk to downtown and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. House was a great space for two couples and it had a whole separate area (that we never used) with bunk beds if you had kids along. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. If you are a rock hound the local beaches and State Park will occupy you for days.
