Play Pool, Grill Out! Group-Friendly Glendale Home

The rooms were decorated really nice. The property had all the amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, etc...Everything was easily accessible and communication was excellent. They were very accommodating allowing us to check-in early. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect! Walking distance to State Farm Stadium and the entertainment district. The host was very responsive to our questions, and the home was spotless. Would definitely book again!

The property is beautiful. We were wonderfully surprised by the appointments and details, comfortable beds, the beautiful lighting in the backyard, the privacy, the quiet and respectful environment in a beautiful neighborhood made our stay feel like home

Really enjoyed everything about the stay. Great communication with listing company, nice welcome gifts or snacks and water, very comfortable beds, couches, etc. Easy access to house, shopping and interstate. Would like option to pay for heated pool. Grout was dirty but everything else very clean (I restore floors for a living so I notice this). We would definitely stay here again.

I am so pleased with the experience we had with this property and the staff that manages it. It was safe, impeccably clean, and the management staff was attentive/responsive at a moments notice… not that we ever needed to reach out for anything significant.

For my very first time in Arizona staying here was like being in paradise. The home was beautiful & accommodated my number of guests comfortably. Easy to have communication with the host and able to get to and from the airport and anywhere I visited. Would definitely stay here again easily. Very pleased with my experience.

First class spot all around. Beautifully furnished with everything in outstanding condition. Our four person party found it very comfortable with each of us having our own bedroom, with our own TV. Not much time for TV though with all of the activities on our calendar, and this location worked well for easy access to the interstate, nearby shopping and restaurants, a casino where we left our donation, and wide sidewalks for walking and running.The pool table was in great shape and we definitely took advantage of that. The poor also was beautiful, however, as we were there early in the spring, a little chilly for swimming. Had a cookout one evening with the grill that was provided and the outdoor table and chairs was a nice place to enjoy meals. Quick answers to all of our questions by texting the property manager, and a nice welcome basket of snacks was a treat at check-in.If you choose this property, please take care of it, because we want to come back!

Amazing home! Pride of ownership shows in this house. Host was great to work wiith and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Pool table and pool were fun for everyone. Home is spacious and very well furnished. Nice safe neighborhood too. Would highly recommend this home.

The property was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. We felt completely at home and the location was far enough away from everything while still close enough to everything! The property was advertised as having satellite/cable tv which was very important to us. However, it only had streaming services. We also question why we had to pay 300 for host services to both Evolve and VRBO? An explanation as to why that was would be very much appreciated.Robert & Patricia Storm
