Great location in a very nice neighborhood.

The location is ideal…walkable to Depot and Lake Michigan public beach. It is also quiet even though close to Petoskey Ave. Stephanie is great…responds immediately.

Lots of space for family / kids, great proximity to town, beaches and tennis court. Very well stocked house for kitchen and bedrooms.

This was the perfect location for us. Near both family and town. Everything we needed in the house and easy communication with the owner.

We enjoyed everything about this house. Location was perfect. Quiet, cute neighborhood that is very close to everything going on in town. House was very clean and comfortable for our family with a nice private backyard. The teen and younger adults loved having their own space downstairs and they especially loved the pickleball courts in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a good stay. couple minor things the weather was rain, muddy, and both doors could use a weather mat to wipe your feet

Overall our stay was great. Enough space for the entire family to have enough room to spread out but still spend time together. Location was perfect, about a 15 minute walk downtown. Not the cleanest place I have stayed but worked well for us.

We stayed in this home for a family vacation with our cousins. (There were 4 adults and 4 teens.). We had a great time and the house matched the listing description perfectly. Our family also had a dog and she enjoyed the fenced in yard. The yard is a nice size, well shaded, and a great spot to relax. The neighborhood and street are very quiet and well shaded as well. We did walk into town for coffee and breakfast several of the mornings we were there. The walk was enjoyable and it took about 12 minutes for us to get to downtown Charlevoix. Depot beach was also a fun spot for our kids to hang out and swim. We had a great vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. One suggestion would be to add a grab bar is the tub. I am short and it was a challenge getting in and out of the tub. Also, could use some clothes hooks in the bathroom for wet towels.

We used this house as a family, and it worked great! Communication with the host was the best I've ever had on vrbo! Inside of the house was very clean, plenty of towels and soap.
