MAIN LIVING SPACE: The heart of the home is the living room filled with natural light from a wall of windows. Remote-operated shades let you adjust the sunlight as needed while vaulted ceilings and stylish furnishings create an airy, inviting space. The living room flows directly onto a wrap-around balcony with Gulf breezes and views, also accessible from the kitchen and master suite.

In the kitchen, a massive pantry and a butler’s pantry with a stand-alone ice maker keep everything organized and ready for your group. A breakfast nook seats 6–8, while the formal dining table accommodates 8–10 for memorable shared meals.

Piper's Place is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering Piper's Place the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
