Pinehenge on the Big Thompson River near RMNP!

This is our third stay at the property. So well appointed! The porch and river make this property extra special. Close to everything but still feels like a mountain hideaway. Can’t wait to be back!

What a find! This lovely place on the river was so well appointed - easy to cook for a family, comfortable furnishings and beds, and so close to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. We will be back!

Loved being on the river and my wife loved the hummingbirds on the back porch. Beautiful.

Awesome house. kids had a blast wading and fishing in the river/stream behind the house. Excellent location. only drawback was there is no air conditioning. House was a little stuffy (but we did come at the hottest part of the year). It go cooler at night, but still a little uncomfortable upstairs in the afternoon.

Would have been 5 stars but there was a film of dander from the trees all over the front and back porch, outdoor furniture and picnic table. I spent some time clearing it, but there were sticky globs on the picnic table that would not come off easily, making it unusable. Otherwise great place, clean, easily understood instructions. Very cool house/location.

Pinehenge was very clean and comfortable. It had a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. Having the river out the back door was great, the variety of wildlife that passed through was really fun! Our family would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and welcoming. We had all we needed and more for our stay while we were in town for my brothers wedding. I was impressed by all the thoughtful details around the house. It really felt like home and we were so comfortable. Thanks for everything!

The property itself is beautiful. There was an incident the first night with a pop up late night visit from the owner. It was disturbing to my group. The management group was wonderful in trying to make us all feel comfortable and help with it as well as compensate us for the Inconvenience. I appreciate them. The rest of the stay was very enjoyable.

This was our second stay in the Blue Spruce condos. We were not disappointed. We love to trout fish and we want to be right ON the river. This place sits about 15 feet off the water. Its location is great. Far enough out to feel you are away but close enough to run into town. This condo is in great shape. Big kitchen! Stocked with all cook ware you could need. Seasonings, flour, oil, ketchup, mustard, etc were there. Only downfall would be is that the second bathroom, which is located between the master and the double bed room, is very small. Master bathroom is plenty big. So we were a bit crunched with bathroom situation BUT the good news is we had mostly men, only two women so we were able to share the master bathroom. Overall, we would highly recommend this place. Well kept, great area, cozy, great fireplace and great for cooking for bigger group! ???

Everything we needed was there, even fishing poles for the kids to use in the river. Thank you for an amazing, relaxing place to enjoy and escape the Texas heat!

Great communication from host and very nice property on the river. Will look to return in the future.

The townhouse is in great condition- right on the Big Thompson River. Easy access ti RMNP.
