Stayed Sep 3, 2025It was a perfect home to stay in and made our vacation very comfortable. We were greeted with many extras, fun snacks and a well equipped kitchen. The restful view from the porch was great.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025This is a great property. Clean, extremely well appointed, and charming in an easy, modern style. Water views and access are the main feature. Location is prime for the quieter side of the river, but easy access to the Newport side via the bridge right near the property (which is a nicely lit sight at night). Property is down a flight of wooden steps, so not a great option for older or accessibility challenged guests. Good for quieter, contemplative children, but zoomy kids will need more supervision being right on the water. Great kitchen for cooks too. Will definitely be back!

Stayed May 16, 2024The home is beautifully appointed and offers far greater comfort than its size would suggest. Could not be more pleased with our choice for 2 night stay for RWU graduation. The views and comfortable accomodations left us feeling as though we were on a full vacation.
