This was such a wonderful place to stay! We just loved sitting on the front porch watching the beautiful water views and taking walks along the water. The house was very clean. Our daughter loved the front swing on the tree. Definitely would recommend this house and plan to come back.

Waterfront location is calming & mesmerizing with all the hydrangeas outlining the deck. Quaint older cabin feel. Fans available as there is no A/C. Charcoal grill great for laid back evenings with fresh veggies, seafood from great little store in Tiverton, & steaks from Tom’s Market. Coffee on the deck in the morning & a cocktail at sunset perfect for your vacation time. Outdoor shower a great escape after a day out & about.

This property was exactly what we were looking for during a visit to the area for graduation season and family visit to include some dedicated beach time. This was a unique property and fit our needs great with access to much of coastal Rhode Island. 5 Stars and would seek to book this same property on a future visit. Host was attentive, flexible, and great to work with. Bravo to the owner and VRBO.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this charming cottage! The setting was incredibly peaceful. We woke up to birds chirping and even spotted bunnies hopping around the yard. It honestly felt like something out of a Disney movie. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a collected, cottagecore feel that made it feel instantly welcoming. The kitchen was very well equipped, with a brand-new stove that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the sheets/duvet were really nice, more like something you’d find in a hotel. Lots of hangers in the closet and shelf space in the two main bedrooms. One of our favorite features was the spacious patio! There were multiple seating areas to relax, enjoy a meal, or just take in the view. The direct access to a rocky beach was great for exploring, and it was just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach as well.Rochelle the property manager was great (she even picked a bouquet of fresh flowers from the garden before we arrived and put them in a vase for us) and Joel was very helpful with communication for the booking before, during and after the trip. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Comfortable cottage with beautiful water views and walking distance to beach. Sunsets were gorgeous and we spent each evening reading by the fireplace. Gourmet groceries and beach-y restaurants are a short drive away. Joel was a great communicator. We hope to return.

My husband and I had a relaxing week on this lovely property. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the changeable early spring weather: a deck to sit out if the sun was out, a fireplace to warm us on chilly nights, and large windows for an amazing view of the spectacular sunsets on the water. We even got to see how Fogland got it's name when a bank of fog passed by on a perfectly sunny day. We got to see rabbits, a groundhog, seagulls, and robins. And we awoke to birdsong everyday. The house felt very isolated and quiet and, yet was a short walk to the beach or to town for restaurants and shopping. The owner was super helpful with information about the area and even made a special shopping trip to make sure everything was in top shape for their first renters of the season. It was a trip we won't forget.
