Stayed Dec 31, 1969A beautiful home in an even more beautiful setting. We enjoyed the ample outdoor spaces to read, play and wander. Beautiful views of the water and stunning sunsets. Very peaceful setting and a cozy inviting house full of interesting curios and art pieces to entertain your eyes.

Stayed Sep 8, 2019Jonathan couldn t have been more helpful. Any question or problem he was there immediately. The house is extremely clean and comfortable as well as interesting with Jonathan s artwork and lots of great books. The fields and gardens are heaven for anyone who loves the outdoors.

Stayed Jul 31, 2019Just stayed here and was blown away with how perfect this home is! Not only that, the surrounding area is past wonderful! The house is spotless, beautifully appointed with the talented homeowner's artwork, the grounds reach out way off into the distance to the water. Many quiet hideaways around the property to sit with someone or get away by yourself. We brought our fur family with us and they loved romping over the yard. The kitchen is chock full of everything you need. Even a suet cake hanging outside a bank of windows so you could watch the woodpeckers, sparrows and cardinals! Birds chirping every morning. Beautiful breezes coming off the water cooling down the house. Bathrooms are very well stocked with towels, designer soaps and shampoos. The homeowners are quick to respond before and during our visit. Super nice and very hospitable. Wanting to make sure our visit was special. So special there were flowers on the table and GREAT!!!! brownies waiting for us upon arrival. Very nice touch. There is a really good ice cream shop on the corner, Coastal Roasters is a super coffee shop, fresh seafood shop, and a great drive-in where we had Blueberry Vodka Lemonades that were so good we had to have two! And the food was delicious too! Had a chance to visit the mansions in Newport and I can only say that this home with the rolling lawns was like living in one for the weekend. If you are looking at other properties in the Newport area, stop. Book this home. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Jonathan & Stephanie!
