Picture this—morning pickleball matches, afternoons grilling, and unwinding in a spacious 4 bed, 2 bath home with room for everyone. Just 6 minutes to Cardinals Stadium, minutes from Westgate Entertainment District, near Dodgers Spring Training, about 25 minutes to Downtown Phoenix, and around 40 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale for even more dining and nightlife. Parking: Max of 4 cars at the property.

Smoking: No smoking inside the home. If needed, please smoke at least 15 feet away from the property (this includes vapes too).

️ Trash: Trash and recycling bins are located on the left side of the house if you head out the back sliding door.

Pickleball Court: Please be gentle with the net—no jumping on it or pulling it down so we can keep it in great shape for everyone.

❄️ AC Use (Arizona Summers ☀️): We totally understand the heat! To help keep the system running smoothly, please start by keeping the thermostat at 72°F. Dropping it too low can strain the unit. If it’s not cooling enough, just reach out and we’ll gladly help adjust it.

Pool Table: Please be mindful when playing—no harsh hits that could damage the sticks or walls. Let’s keep it fun and in great condition!

No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.

Please keep all doors and windows closed while the AC is running to avoid damage and maintain efficiency.
