Trout House is a wonderful home located near all of the restaurants, shopping and activities. Comfortable, modern furnishings beautifully compliment this new home with accommodations for 10. Trout House space features blended living and dining areas, open kitchen, and half bath. Enjoy the relaxing views of the Nature Preserve off of the back balcony.
You will also be able to enjoy meals from the homes fantastic kitchen. There, you will experience the high end stainless steel appliances, stunning cabinetry, an island and spacious breakfast bar with two bar stools. This kitchen has all of the items needed to prepare that wonderful meal! The dining table has seating for 8.The relaxing living room, well-appointed dining room and incredible kitchen are all included in this open floor plan for everyone to enjoy after a fun-filled day at the beach. The living room has a large sectional (with sleeper sofa), TV, Wi-Fi, cable, rocker and gaming/card table for 4.
The master bedroom (BR1) offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and a private ensuite bath. The master bedroom also has its very own private deck that overlooks the Aransas Bay. The other two bedrooms are on the same floor. The first guest bedroom (BR2) offers two twin/twin bunkbeds. The second guest bedroom (BR3) offers a king size bed, with a flat screen tv. This bedroom also offers a balcony view to enjoy the morning breeze and the Nature Preserve in the back. These rooms share a hall bath.

Things to Know:
Guests have parking spaces for 2 vehicles. A golf cart rental will use one of the spaces. Parking is not allowed on the street. *Boat and trailer parking is not permitted.
Beach Gear Credit With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours prior to your arrival
Life in Paradise rental agreement required upon booking.
Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
Pet Friendly with $95 Fee per Pet, Maximum 2 Pets. Small dogs only. Fee requests will be sent separately after booking.

    Awesome home right in the heart of Port A. Surrounded by anything and everything you need for the perfect vacation. Restaurant right next door, coffee shop across the street. House is awesome; well stocked with the essentials, clean and well cared for. Lots of stairs so be prepared for that!

    First trip to the beach w/in-laws and their 2 small pups. Home was clean and altho not advertised, had towels and wash cloths for use. Home in a grest area with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Be mindful the area is by stsnding water so HUGE mosquitosm we came prepared. Overall great stay for a quick beach getaway!

    Great property. Very spacious. Pool was well taken care of and clean. Make sure you ask about their golf cart rental as it was on the property. I had rented one for a week from a different company not realizing this was an option. Rebooking this one again next year!

    These are just notes we took while there being an air bnb owner ourselves we feel the owner of the property should be aware of a few things. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is great! Loved the outdoor patio!! Notes: ALL decks of the house were disgustingly FiLTHY. Bird poop was EVERYWHERE and wasn’t just from one day. There were PILES and dead bird parts. Couldn’t sit on furniture without cleaning it off Glass doors and windows: No visibility outside with out cleaning. Obviously not cleaned for some time. There was a dirty was rag in the floor under a chair table on the second floor sitting room. Sans was in the shower bottom. No cleaning supplies or broom to clean up. Top bunks In the bunk room were not made. There were no large bowls for cooking or making salads. Pots and pans still had food on them. One pot had something burned in it and upon boiling water for spaghetti, burnt particles were surfacing in the water. Small Mr. Coffee pot leaked all over the counter when making coffee. Thank goodness for coffee shop across the street. The house also had a strong dog smell up on the top floor. Again would definitely stay again but would like to inform the owners of a few things.

    The house was fantastic. Very clean. Beautiful kitchen and living area with lots of space to hang out with family and friends. No spices or foil, so be sure to bring your own. Tiny coffee maker. So much bird poop that the wonderful balconies were almost impossible to use. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. It is legal to cross 361 at J in the golf cart, but kind of scary to do so. Great spot to bird watch in the nature preserve- be sure to bring binoculars. Overall, it was a great house and we would rent it again. Thanks for a wonderful Spring Break.

    The house is really neat with its 4 different balconies offering views from both the front and back. The location of the property is perfect. You are right across the street from a coffee shop, restaurants, and a couple bars. Roughly a 15 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

    This was a really clean week maintained property that actually looked like the pictures. Not as close to the beach as we would have liked but great place walking distance to Tristan’ restaurants and coffee shop and shopping.
