We absolutely loved our stay in Petit Jean! It was hands down one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. The location right on the mountain was breathtaking, and the views were even more incredible in person—the pictures simply don't do it justice.Brandon and Fonda were amazing hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful, making sure every detail was taken care of to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail truly set this place apart.The details throughout the property, both inside and out, were amazing. From the beautiful outdoor spaces and stunning surroundings to the thoughtful touches and impeccable design indoors, everything was carefully curated and exceeded our expectations.From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. It was clear how much care and effort went into creating such a special experience. We can't say enough wonderful things about this place and its hosts. We will definitely be back!

In a word …. FANTASTIC! Brandon and Fonda are fantastic. The property is fantastic. The views of valleys, mountains and forests are fantastic. The property exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at many properties across the country in our travels. Bar none this is the most beautiful and amazing property we’ve ever experienced! We are already planning a return trip this fall. Fonda and Brandon are the most incredible hosts and we’re available to do a brief welcome and orientation upon arrival and then touched base with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we need. This was one of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed. The outdoor living space was so enjoyable and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. And I haven’t even mentioned the stunning view!The host met us when we arrived and explained everything, and then they were close by if we had problems or questions. Highly recommend staying here! A very lovely week of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views!

We had the most wonderful vacation at this stunningly beautiful property. Every detail was perfect. The wood was stacked and ready in the fire pit. The hot tub was hot and spotless. The outdoor living room had the comforts of home. Our host even arranged programming so we could watch a sporting event.

We loved our stay! Stunning view, so clean, kind owners and so quiet. Just what we needed.

We feel very fortunate to have found this property, it was exactly what we needed to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. It feels as if you are miles and miles from civilization but just a 15 minute drive from town. The home is extremely comfortable while also feeling luxurious and high end. The amazing landscape coming through all the windows to the inside will stop you in your tracks when moving from one room to the next. If you’re looking for serenity and peace, the out door spaces here offer an abundance. The sound of the wind rolling through the mature trees along with the stunning valley below will have you pausing to take in nature and be present in the moment. It’s an environment that we will not soon forget, and dream of returning to in the future. The hosts are so sweet and accommodating, their love for this place is evident as they have covered every base and provided everything we needed. From booking until vacating, Fonda and Brandon were wonderful! She met us for check in to answer any questions we might have and provide needed instructions. The home was just perfect! The outdoor deck, hot tub, fire pit with wood and starter sticks…every detail was attended to and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and EASY. Robes and flops were provided to get to and from the hot tub comfortably. Beds were comfy. Plenty of plush towels. Basic kitchen essentials like salt/pepper, seasonings, oil. A detailed guest book was available with instructions and all the info needed to enjoy the surrounding area and park. This was our first time to Arkansas. We LOVED Petit Jean State Park, Mather Lodge, and all the hiking trails and the cottage was AMAZING!

Fonda and Brandon are the best hosts we've had. Not only is the location an absolute dream, but the property is clearly cared for to create the ideal experience. The view is unbeatable, and the little touches make the stay unforgettable - from cozy outdoor blankets to fully stocked kitchens and bathrooms, plus snacks. We eloped here and couldn't have asked for a better experience; we're already planning anniversary returns. Every part of the experience was above and beyond expectations.

What a wonderful property! Five stars because it is just that good. Great hosts with outstanding amenities and a Million Dollar view. Bluff Point Cottage is a beautiful private mountaintop mini-resort only one hour from Little Rock. We look forward to staying there again!

The property was very clean, quiet and relaxing. The hosts very friendly and welcoming.

We got to spend 5 days and all I can say is wow. What a beautiful wonderful house and property. From check communication to all the small touches making you feel right at home is amazing. The views are the best part and they are everywhere you look. The hot tub and fire pit are perfect for relaxing. We grilled out every night while watching the TV in the outside living area. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked well with cookware. Amazing hosts and wonderful property! The pictures are great but it is even better in person. Will most definitely look to return!

Everything was fantastic. Mornings on the deck with our coffee was so beautiful and peaceful. We hit the hot tub every night! Having the friendly hosts nearby was great. I have rented homes where you could not get in touch with anyone. Would definitely recommend this home

I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this is probably the most exceptional place I have ever stayed. The host go above and beyond to welcome you and make sure your stay is perfect. Everything is immaculate and very well maintained. We cannot thank the host enough for everything!!!! It is truly a magical place.

This cabin is top notch, beautiful scenery just book it pick up your clothes and food and go! They even had robes ready and waiting for us! Fonda the owner is the sweetest!!!

We had the most amazing time at Bluff Point Cottage.The pictures don't do justice to the incredible view and awesome grandeur of this place. We didn't want to leave even to go out to dinner, although we did one evening. Mather Lodge and Petit Jean Park are just minutes away and offer all sorts of various hiking trails and waterfalls. We can't wait to return. If you are looking for a great place to get away for a long weekend or an extended period this is the place to come. Fonda & Brandon are great Hosts.

The perfect Mountain top escape. This cottage is perched right on the edge of the mountain. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the patio and hot tub was breathtaking. The location was perfect for us, seclusion and convenience. You are tucked away in peaceful, natural surroundings yet only minutes away from the State Park hiking and bike trails. Inside was beautifully maintained with all modern touches. Everything was spotless. We can't wait to return!

Amazing views, wonderful accommodations! As soon as you drive up and set foot on this beautiful place you know without a doubt you made the right choice! Fonda and Brandon make you feel like you own this property for your time there! So peaceful and quiet and the views will take your breath away! Don’t worry over the weather conditions! We had a few rain storms come and go, rain was so calming watching from the deck, the lighting storm at night was a beauty to behold!

If you're thinking about booking this place, just do it! It was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous and spotless inside and out. The view is so serene, and the versatility of all of the outdoor spaces is seriously perfection. We used the hot tub and fire pit every night we stayed. We explored and hiked several trails in Petit Jean State Park. There's an adorable coffee shop right down the street and a local convenience store at the end of the drive. We also ate at the State Park's lodge, which was fun and had great views. Everything you need for a fun getaway is right there! It was seriously one of my favorite trips, to date (and we've been to lots of places). We will be back!

We enjoyed being outside at this property so much. The back deck offers so much comfort and the views were great! The hot tub and firepit were very nice, with great views from there as well. We loved the whole property and will go back again.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Our hosts were gracious and welcoming. The property was private but easily accessible. The home itself was as spectacular as the view. We enjoyed every minute! Cannot wait to get to go back.

Absolutely top notch rental. The house is lovely, and well set up for 2 couples since the bedrooms/bathrooms are separated by the living area. The house is comfortably furnished, very clean, everything works great and it is well supplied. The deck area is impressive and the views are absolutely beautiful. Communication with the owners is easy and they made us feel very welcome while still giving us our privacy. The area offers wonderful hiking and several state parks are nearby. We had a wonderful stay and will most definitely return to this rental if we find ourselves in the area again.

We loved this vacation home. My husband, my adult son, my son's girlfriend and I stayed for three nights while we attended a family wedding at Petit Jean State Park. We especially appreciated the homes privacy, the panoramic views, the hot tub and the owner's attention to detail. It was beautiful. I felt like we were given the 5 star hotel concierge treatment as our host met us for check-in to give us a brief run down of the many amenities and ensured us that if we needed anything at all during our stay, they would gladly take care of it for us. As good as the pictures look on this listing, the actual views are even better!! No expense was spared on the landscaping, decorating or furniture in this beautiful, nearly brand new built home. The property is within a mile of Petit Jean state park, which made for a perfect location for our daily outdoor adventures. Relaxing in the hot tub for sunsets or watching unobstructed sunrises made for everlasting memories. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.....Already looking at the calendar to plan our next stay!!
